although there is a loophole, there are some things that are certain that should lock WW away for good.. and it's plain to see that..


1. Family members can vouch that Tawni was probably not involved in the prostition angle until shortly before her death. Tawni was a minor, Lindsay was a hooker and WW was a pimp. HUMAN TRAFFICKING and EXPLOITATION OF A CHILD. I hope this seriously gets pursued.

2. Lindsay readily admitted that Tawni begged to be let out of the vehicle. They never let her out, which is KIDNAPPING.

3. When Tawni was outside of the vehicle, whether she jumped or not, resulted in her death. Even if there was no intent for her to die, in a sense, it still classifies as 2nd degree murder. A killing caused by dangerous conduct and the offender's obvious lack of concern for human life.

This case has progressed so much since I last checked in! So Dec. 11 is the trial date? Too bad I'm not local because I would LOVE to be there.

Ultimately it is going to help Tawni's case because I believe some important documentation was missing and the judge was unwilling to just settle for the lesser time and move on. She opted to give the white hats a chance to get their ducks in a row....although I am starting to believe one of the hats is not so white which is causing problems. JMO from reading between the lines.

I have typed you a response several times in the last 12 hours, lol, but the server issues kept it from "sticking..." Sorry.

The County Attorney is leaving soon, I believe he is retiring. He is the problem child I have been told by Deb O'Sullivan-if that is the case, then hopefully once he realizes that he has to move forward with this case in this fashion he will simply buckle down and do so. Prayers again, huh???
