ETA: Just so everyone knows per the Hope for Haley FB (I think this one is the one that was official right that had connections to her family?) the texas rangers contacted Billie Dunn today and told her that the remains were Haley's. It was for sure not the right time for Billie to post that image that someone had posted in the other thread. Just posting this in regards to people who were saying maybe Billie hadn't been contacted yet.
