Okay, he walked out of work at WSI in Snyder and supposedly went back to Colorado City or to his mothers in Big Spring.

I have been reading the other thread for weeks now and have finally remembered my password. I was a frequent poster of the Hailey Dunn forum.

OMG! I haven't even started reading this thread yet but I am having mixed emotions. Oh Hailey, you didn't deserve this and it saddens me greatly!! In the same instance, I am so glad you have been found so that justice will be served!

That's true about the dogs. Hailey's grandma said Hailey was afraid of Shawn so not sure if she would have gone willingly.

I think Hailey may have still taken rides from time to time, since he did live in the home. She was probably unable to avoid a degree of interaction.

I linked to an article back a page or two that said Hailey's remains were found a mile or two from Shawn's mom's house. I don't know the scale of the map but it looks much farther than that.

It's actually about 20 miles or so.

The remains were found near the lake about 22 miles west of the community of Dunn, where Adkins lived with his grandmother following the teen’s disappearance.

I wonder if coveralls were found with the remains or even from the dumpster the dogs hit on ? That would be interesting if LE retrieved those along time ago. They were always so closed mouthed and PK talked in circles without saying anything.

Incredibly sad......been waiting impatiently with my fellow WSers for this announcement. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers tonite, we might have been expecting this but somehow it doesn't soften the blow. Hailey dear, you have made a huge impact on a lot of people's lives in your short time, we will continue to seek justice for you.
