According to a jail report, "The inmate's attorney was observed hugging inmate and was advised that physical contact was prohibited." A week later, there was another report: "Baez again observed hugging his client."

So he said he didn't know the rules, but a week later he was caught hugging her again after he was told not to, hmm...
