So far, there are (13) TES searcher names who have been listed on Notice of Taking Deposition(s) by the State.

State taking depositions on January 20, 2011 of:
[quote from the Orlando Sentinel Hal blog - "Later, WFTV anchor Bob Opsahl said that prosecutors on Jan. 20 will question 10 Texas EquuSearch volunteers who looked for Caylee."

1 - Rick Differt
2 - Timothy Fleming
3 - Ramona Maldonado
4 - Melinda White
5 - Toni Tedder
6 - Todd Webster
7 - Kevin Gallaway
8 - Lisa Gallaway
9 - Janice Smith
10- Robert Young

01/11/2011 Notice of Taking Depositions
State taking deposition of Patricia Decosta, on January 20, 2011.

01/12/2011 Notice of Taking Deposition(s)
State taking depositions of Bruce Christian and Shauna Christian, on January 20, 2011
Are these TES searchers from the original "32" that TES turned over OR newly found searchers that defense found in their fishing expedition?

I'm guessing but the three who were interviewed by the reporters said they were assigned to Suburban.

I have the same question about the original "32" that searched near the remains site.
The public does not know the names on the list of "32". They have never been specifically named publicly.
Seems that if these (13) that were deposed on Thursday, Jan 20th, were among the original list of (32), that the State would have already had their names, and would have already deposed them before now?

The new list of (13) TES searchers who the Defense gave to the State, and the State deposed have not been added to the Defense Witness List, and they are not on the State Witness List either. They seem to be new names that the Defense pulled out of their collection "hats", after the Defense did their review of TES documents.

TWA,
Mallory,
She was not interviewed by LE....I'll find a link.....
http://www.clickorlando.com/news/21595540/detail.html
Detectives never formally interviewed Parker

Mallory's Depo was on Nov 12 2009 but I don't think it was ever released
We have a thread on it...
2009.11.12 Mallory's deposition - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community

Mark Hawkins..
I remember reading that LE went to California to interview him and the Padilla crew
We know the Padilla crew interviews have been released but Mark Hawkins has not..

Mark Hawkins is on the State Witness List and has not been deposed by the Defense.
In the Sept 27, 2010 Status Hearing and in the January 14, 2011 Status Hearing, Baez did NOT list Mark H. as one of the remaining witnesses that the Defense plans to depose.

Mark Hawkins - Palms, CA - ex boyfriend of Casey
added Nov 29, 2010 to Penalty Phase Witness List
added Nov 17, 2008 to STATE Witness List
added Jan 23, 2009 to DEFENSE Witness List

Review? This more was of pinning everyone's names to a dart board and names being picked by who's name was hit by a dart. No way they actually reviewed anything, IMO. But I do agree with everything else you said.

I apologize if this has been posted before, I've been in a fog for a week...

Here is an intersting tidbit about Dr. Logan, I wonder if the State can bring this up:

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2011413721_breathtest23m.html
In January 2008, District Court Judges Darrell Phillipson, Mark Chow and David Steiner issued a blistering 29-page ruling, saying that the lab engaged in "fraudulent and scientifically unacceptable" practices that have compromised breath-test readings used to prosecute suspected drunken drivers.

The judges found that a "multiplicity of errors," including how breath-test results were analyzed and verified at the lab, affected thousands of cases in recent years. Specifically, the judges criticized the work of former state toxicologist Dr. Barry Logan and former lab manager Ann Marie Gordon.

Has Dr Furtons report ever been furnished to the SA? IIRC it was due Jan 18th, and we've heard nothing more about it.

I see in the latest order memorializing the status hearing. It briefly mentions Dr Furton.

http://www.docstoc.com/docs/69928422/20110119-Order-Memorializing-Status-Hearing

4. Mr Baez advises that Dr Furton's report is expected this weekend.

Any thoughts?

In the motion filed today, it states that the information was turned over:

No wonder Baez picked that lab. And, I do believe the SA may bring up Dr Logans past errors, in order to discredit his professional opinion.

~grins~

Dr Logan will be leaving the defense soonly (made up word of the day)

Eta- AMAZING catch btw nums :) !

:seeya: Beach, suggestion here.

Can these uncovered info links on the defense expert witnesses be placed in the resource threads within a thread of their own? Kinda/sorta like what is up there already on the major players that Patty G started?

I am so blown away at all that nums24, think tank and others have already found.

Thanks, count

Maybe during the next snowstorm, I can just do one entry combining the info everyone has posted for a quick reference.

You do just brilliant work Nums24, I don't think the board thanks you enough for your consistently tireless effort and tremendous detail that airheads like me wouldn't know where to look for it let alone find and post.

..................................

........................................ :goldcrown:

I'm sure the rest of the good people on the board join me in this appreciation for all of your :phone: and :online: and realize it must be :pullhair: a lot of the time as you manage your own life and ours.

So Thanks, eh?

I've been told today by some guy on the radio that what I've been suffering from is "snow fatigue". And here I thought it was just my aching back...lol.
