Are these TES searchers from the original "32" that TES turned over OR newly found searchers that defense found in their fishing expedition?
I have the same question about the original "32" that searched near the remains site.
The public does not know the names on the list of "32". They have never been specifically named publicly.
Seems that if these (13) that were deposed on Thursday, Jan 20th, were among the original list of (32), that the State would have already had their names, and would have already deposed them before now?
The new list of (13) TES searchers who the Defense gave to the State, and the State deposed have not been added to the Defense Witness List, and they are not on the State Witness List either. They seem to be new names that the Defense pulled out of their collection "hats", after the Defense did their review of TES documents.
