Can Morgan keep George and Cindy separated between depositions and at lunch break? Can he stop Cindy from watching George's deposition video (if the A camera was allowed to videotape)? Anyone know?

I don't think there will be a break for lunch.

I think as soon as GA is finished they will bring CA in.

If CA wants to eat lunch, she will need to grab something on her own while waiting.

At least if FL follows other state protocols.

No need to pay her for it. When Morgan files his copy with the court, it becomes public record. The video recorder is either there as a way for Cindy to intimidate George and make him stay on script or so that they can be sure to give the same testimony later at the criminal trial.

Wow. Is this a set up? Is George going to be carried out on a stretcher at any moment, with the claim that he was badgered and harassed by Morgan so outrageously that he started getting chest pains?

His client never was on the hook for Caylee's murder. KC never identified this woman and in fact specifically stated that she was not the person with whom KC left Caylee.

Personally I find it disgusting that Mr. Morgan has been legally allowed to ask questions of the Anthonys that have nothing to do with the civil case and everything to do with the criminal charges against KC. He's a grandstander and his client is an opportunist. They should both be ashamed of themselves.

Not as disgusting as all the A's with the exception of Lee living off the monies from the sales of videos and pictures of Caylee. Now that is unexcusable!:furious:

They just said at the tail end of the WFTV noon newscast that Cindy's depo has been pushed back because of this. heh
