MI will get LWOP - that is what I see on the horizon.
MI usually do not get DP..

EVEN Manson is still alive. but LWOP.

Exactly, he'll play it to the hilt, playing for the audience, like that pitifully lame act in court.

And for that reason, I'm glad he's not going to get any camera attention.

I don't understand how these stories come about. Do reporters sit outside of the jail and quiz workers during shift change?

Although not as much as a victim as one of the many in the theatre that night, I'm going to add this unnamed psychiatrist to the list of "victims" of this murderer.

Unless we hear anything otherwise, this psychiatrist will probably live with this haunting feeling of "if only" about not being at work to receive this package. Whether it was for vacation, summer break, business trip, illness, whatever....if it were me, I'd still always have the "if only" I had cruised by my office and saw that.............. (now, being a psychiatrist, hopefully she/he can justify it better than I could, I'd be filled with guilt).

Just sad. So very sad, all of it.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘Dark Knight’ massacre suspect wants to know how the movie ended
http://www.nydailynews.com/news/nat...t-movie-ended-article-1.1121478#ixzz21eC5WpMO

“Did you see the movie?” a creepy-sounding Holmes asked a stunned jail worker during a bizarre exchange Tuesday. “How does it end?”

Holmes, a 24-year-old ex-honor student, “was trying to look like he was sincerely curious,” the witness recounted to the Daily News.

“Like he had no idea why there was anything wrong with what he was saying. It was sick ... I think he’s trying real hard to act crazy.”

The jail worker was stunned by Holmes’ callous question about the movie now synonymous with his homicidal rampage.

He is delusional and maybe thinking his life will end like in the movie - It is not funny But it is insane.
He is feeling out of control, I think he is disassociating.

I'm wondering if he picked sending it to him or her, because he knew she wouldn't be there till after the shooting, but he knew the notebook would be used for his trial.

I don't have dates at my finger tips but funny how the manifesto was sent well after he made the purchases to commit the crime. Until i hear different this was nothing else but part of his sick game plan. Almost like he is bit of a new breed of these types of killers. Perhaps only because he was a bit smarter and took much time in the plan?

snipped by me

If he wanted to know how the film ends maybe he should have watched the whole movie like a human being instead of committing horrific atrocities.

Please let him in Gen Pop for an hour... please!

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S 2

Do we know if he was actually being treated by this psychiatrist or did he just know him from school?

The reports I read say the relationship is unknown at this time.

“Like he had no idea why there was anything wrong with what he was saying. It was sick ... I think he’s trying real hard to act crazy.”
Holmes, 24, bought a ticket to the movie and watched the first half-hour before allegedly slipping outside to his car — and returning in full body armor to open fire on the unsuspecting moviegoers.
The jail worker was stunned by Holmes’ callous question about the movie now synonymous with his homicidal rampage.
“If he said that to me, it would have been real hard to resist smacking him,” the worker said.

We don't know. If it is true, it could simply be a professor given his area of study.

My dad is a psychiatrist and he told me when he saw JH at the hearing the first thing he thought of was he was in a dissociative state.

Dissociative identity disorder.

He said he has seen lots of patients in the past looking exactly that like that suffered from DID.

Sadly he is no new breed...HITLER was brilliant too. :(

It doesnt surprise me that he sent out a "manifesto". He wants the world to know how great and powerful he is. The VT killer did the same thing (i refuse to remember his name). There is still no confirmation that he actually ever spoke to a psychiatrist be it at school or else where. I am sure if he did it will eventually come out in time. The police/court put a gag order on everyone because they are building their case. Its the way the system works in high profile cases except for FL where they have the sunshine laws.

Also I worked for a big company and would get things in the mail. Items could easily sit in the mail room for days even weeks before they ever got to my desk.

Your Dad is right. IMO -- I saw it in his first photo.
but the question he asked the Jail worker was obvious disassociation.

NO ACT… but to the layman it is all an act. :(
