she didn't care either way, she discarded that sweet little girl like a bag of trash and never looked back

I am just glad the body has been found and now Caylee can have a decent funeral and closure to all this mess that Casey has caused.
I guess Casey thought she had everyone and LE fooled and that she could get away with murder, but I don't think Casey figured how effective and good the LE is in finding a body and also the evidences they need to proscute someone for murder.
I think she figured she was smarter then they are but she got fooled, didn't she?

I still cannot even imagine what that baby went through, How could a person, especially a mother, do something so awful as this to her child. Then throw her away like garbage.
My mind cannot even comphrend it....
Casey is a monster to be able to do what she did. Now that Caylee's body has been found I cannot wait to see what lies she comes up with now to try to lie her way out of a murder charge.
Casey, lies do not get you anywhere but deeper into the mud.....

LE didn't find the body. The Meter Man found the body and he seemed to really want to find it. Not sure as to why.... concerned citizen until proven otherwise I guess. Poor baby was actually hidden in plain sight - yet only 1 out of hundreds saw her.

And that is what's so odd to me? We have video showing the physic in the same area on the same day and she did not spot this same bag. Why not? Then this same meter reader just so happens goes back to the same area 4 months later and VOILA! there's a body! This just doesn't sit well with me.

He should have to take a polygraph (even the A's were asked) to clear him of having something to do with this. It would make me feel so much better.

OK - so my question is WHEN did she actually kill her? If she did it in the Anthony home, when (I know we have the dates narrowed down, but like what time? And more importantly...where were George and Cindy?

IMO, she killed Caylee June 16 while George and Cindy were at work. She left with Caylee and came back, just like she did every other day.

She called until she found out when Cindy was coming home, hid Caylee's body until she could have more time the next day or the day after to put Caylee in her trunk.

MOO

What ever day KC posted," Why do people kill people who kill people?" with a noose around alittle girl, is I feel the day she was questioning her fate? Please help if you can tell me when this quote was stated on Facebook I believe. What would be her reasons for the body to be found besides the nanny theory? I feel JB & KC are not going to use the nanny story. I believe counsel is going to state KC made up this story out of fear? What fear we don't know. The nanny theory is just to easy to dismiss. As i have stated KC early on wanted everyone to see her message so that we would contemplate Capitol Punishment.

He is an amateur sleuth. There are hundreds of them on various forums. Look how hard we've worked on phone pings and tracking down numbers. I've heard a lot of news reports, LP hunches, etc. that I think originated from sleuthing off of THIS site.

There were people that posted here that searched for Trenton on their own and went back to the same place more than once. So concerned citizens getting caught up in a case and wanting to do something isn't unusual.

Kronk's instinct or getting a whiff from a wind blowing just right means Caylee is coming home. I,for one, am very appreciative.

I think Casey posted the teddy bear with a noose message on July 8. Things were heating up then. Casey's car was gone from Amscott. For all she knew George and Cindy could have found it. Lee had been looking for her while she was out.

Cindy had posted her "Caylee is missing" blog on July 3 so Casey knew she was getting frantic and might be taking further steps. I think not being with Caylee on a major holiday made Cindy REALLY, REALLY upset and Casey could hear it in her voice. Casey contacted Jesse at that time and told him not to give Cindy any information about what she was doing.

Right after the contact with Lee and Cindy's myspace blog, when Tony got home from NY, Casey started having nightmares. I think the car being taken, Lee trying to track her down and Cindy's increased desperation and pressure were spooking Casey.

There is NO possible reason Casey would want Caylee's body found. There are lots of reasons she wouldn't.

Casey left something from the Anthony house with Caylee. She also left Caylee's book. If the adhesive side of the duct tape doesn't have fingerprints it will have carpet or fabric fiber to tie it to the Anthony home.

Nobody is gonna believe Zanny kidnapped Caylee and THEN brought her to the Anthony house to kill her.

If the duct tape or trash bags can be tied to the Casey or the Anthony house, Casey's goose is cooked. NO way did Casey want Caylee found.

IMO

I voted no I think JB was ready to go to trial and she thought the jury would buy her story and she would be free to party around april, but that meter reader foiled her plan hence the "this can't be happening" comment. I truly don't believe he has a defense three witnesses?

Jjolynna, For a moment I forgot about the bear being held in KC sick cartoon. This makes me even more uncomfortable seeing CA clutch the teddy bear as she is walking into the house after the LK show.

I think in true sociopathic fashion, Casey was of the impression that she was smarter and more cunning than everyone around her. She has made a habit of manipulating everyone in her life and that gave her a false sense of invincibility.

She assumed she would hook her parents, brother, boyfriend and law enforcement with the "woe is me" kidnap story, play the grieving mother, rope in the boyfriend, get lots of attention, and continue partying without a child holding her back.

After all, it's' much better to be the poor mother of the murdered child than it is to be the horrible mother who lost custody of her daughter.

Isn't the place she dumped Caylee quite symbolic as well as convenient?

She wrapped Caylee in trash bags with duct tape over her mouth. It isn't as if she created a shrine.

I think she left Caylee there because it was between her place and Tony's, gas was limited and so was time.

Casey's pings show she hardly strayed from her neighborhoods. Why would she make more effort to hide Caylee when the only person asking about Caylee thought Caylee was in Jacksonville.

Casey stole money from Amy, she was probably waiting for a chance to steal some from Tony or his roommate (since Tony wasn't coming around and loving her)...then off to California and Mark. She'd tell Cindy she was starting a new life with Jeff and had gone to NY for needed space.

Maybe too, Casey was conflicted because being Tony's wife her supreme and so far she had been able to keep Cindy at bay. Maybe she was one meal or laundry load away from hooking him?

So...those hopes could have delayed the stealing from Tony. But, you bet, his wallet and checking account would have been empty and Casey gone if Casey had been given that *one more day* she requested.

The "one more day" thing has been a thorn in my side as well. I think she had a clear plan of somewhere to move the bones and was about to do it when she got "caught" Perhaps she meant to do it earlier and got busy playing house with her boyfriend.

You are absolutely correct! I don't think that KC will stick with the nanny story.

Thanks for answering. Do we think that KC teddy bear-noose message was a response to CA 's message to KC on July 3? If it was, KC pretty much left CA and the world a big hint of a confession.

I voted other-- anyone who could dump their baby like that-- DOESN'T CARE for them to be found quickly. A remorseful person who felt guilty or tried to cover up an accident would probably want her found fast. I see no evidence of this!

NO, Not the day she put her there....that's about as far as kc can think.

Most murdering mother's place the body within one mile of the home. This is not an indication that they desire for the body to be found or discovered, it is likely several factors:
Wanting to still feel that the child is "close"
Wanting to be rid of the body as quickly as possible
Wanting to hide the body in a location that is known and familiar

Most mother's who kill their children ALSO wrap them in some form or fashion and bury them or dispose of them in a womb-like fashion, MANY in water. Caylee was wrapped in a sheet or towel or blanket and then wrapped in a bag and taped/sealed inside...just like the womb. Why these sick people who already killed their child feel the need to return them to the "womb" state is beyond me...maybe a projection of the fact that they wish the child had never been born?

Yes, magic-cat, I've read this too. I tend to think they are not emulating a womb necessarily, but a casket. I think they are trying to give them a quasi burial. One thing that makes me think this for example, is when homicide detectives arrive on the scene of a murder, if the body has a sheet or something placed over it, they know there is an excellent chance the killer knew the victim. A Ted Bundy who kills at random does not do this - he has no emotional ties to his victims. But whether it's out of some twisted form of respect, or if they just can't stand the victim staring up at them, killers who know their victims often do this. Mothers by nature have emotional ties to their victims, and thus may feel the need to do this.

I don't think Casey left Caylee on Suburban hoping she would be found. If she had wanted her found, why didn't she report "a kidnapping"? She hid from her parents for a month until she was surprised by Cindy and Amy at Tony's apartment. She would have continued to avoid seeing them if she could have. Only once she was confronted did she tell anyone that Caylee was even missing. So if she wanted the body found...wouldn't she need to tell them it was missing in the first place?

I think that she wanted the body to be found by LE before anyone realized Caylee was missing. I don't think she was necessarily planning on LE finding it accidentally, but I think she was planning something to make it turn up. I agree with the poster who said she was preparing to be a grieving mom, not a mother of a missing child. I think she had the beginning of a plan involving the carjacking theory but got scared of the smell and, heck, why lose a perfectly good car? After she dumped the body, I think the very weak "plan" was to avoid her family and have fun until the body was found. I think she was planning to then blame CA... "if you had not been so mean to me and forced me to take a break from you, I would not have had to leave Caylee with the [imaginary] nanny and she would be still be here! <sniff, sniff>" :boohoo:

However, as time went on, I think she had to realize that at least her mom was not going to buy the fact that the [imaginary] nanny ran off with her. And I *also* think that, in a manner similar to other people I know who live in their own little world where they can do no wrong, KC pulled a Scarlett O'Hara and decided to think about it tomorrow... again and again... much easier to continue partying and having fun than to do anything that would make the day when she had to be a grieving mom come sooner. In other words, she could have called in the anonymous tip two weeks after Caylee's death, but then she knew she would be missing the upcoming 4th of July party with the required funeral planning and mourning, so she held off another day... and another, and another, until her mom forced the issue. I agree that if CA had not been as interested, we still might not know that Caylee ever was gone.

After the 911 calls, I don't think she wanted the body found. I think she was worried that her hastily made up story involving Sawgrass and the [imaginary] nanny were not holding up that well and she hoped that the more time Caylee spent .... ok I can't really type the word I am thinking of... :( I think she hoped that, worst case, there would be less evidence pointing to her and best case, with no body, there would be no crime. :shakehead:

THEN, I think she did want Lee (and possibly GA) to find and move the body. I had a weird feeling when we heard those jailhouse tapes that she seemed to be emphasizing how little she could do from inside. At first because my heart was saying, "Well you weren't doing jack when you were out, so I can't imagine that you being in is such a big loss to the investigation." But then I really started thinking that she sounded like she was trying to get LA and GA to DO something, beyond what they were already doing... which was looking for the alive Caylee. So, if she didn't have any idea where Caylee was taken by the [imaginary] nanny, looking for the alive Caylee would be really all she needed them to do and help with. They were doing that. But if she did kill and hide Caylee, what could she possibly be trying to get them to do? She occasionally mentions that they should be looking for the [imaginary] nanny, and then there are all these other weird references. After pondering that, I think she was trying to get them to move the body to somewhere more secure. I think she realized that her story is clearly being checked far more thoroughly than she ever imagined it would be and LE finding the body so near her house (and probably with more evidence linking her to the crime - JB has probably filled her in on exactly what sorts of fibers and hairs and bits of DNA that they could find and analyze and use against her) would just add fuel to the fire. I think she *did* want it found, but not by LE. And I think it is a ridiculous assumption on her part that GA or LA, if they had understood her "clues", would have actually done what she asked. If either of them had had to go find this sweet baby in the woods and move her somewhere no one would ever find her, well, I just can't imagine that their allegiance to KC would extend that far. Luckily we don't have to find out.

So I voted "other" , meaning yes, then no, then yes.

BTW, just wanted to note that I am a mostly lurker in this forum, because most of my reading time is at work.... :iamashamed0005:and by the time I can get home to post the conversation has moved on... but I truly appreciate everyone here who posts and keeps the discussions going. I find myself coming here to get my news... this is where the facts are. :blowkiss:
