Well, LE has said they don't think Tammi was involved in what happened to Gabe, or that Tammi has any knowledge of his whereabouts. See the posts near the end of the LE Statements threads.

Maybe LE doesn't think TS is involved. On the other hand, isn't it more normal for LE to either be silent, or at most say, "No comment at this time"?
I'm thinking that kind of statement is tactical. It lets TS thinks she's gotten away with whatever she might have done. If she thinks she's in the clear, maybe she'll just comfortable enough to be careless here and there with her contacts and statements. And, (hopefully eventually) LE will then close right in on all who are involved.

Didn't TPS arrest documents say that it was believed she helped EJ while she was in SA?
That kind of conflicts with LE stating they don't believe she was involved or knows where Gabe is, doesn't it?
Could it be that they needed to get public pressure off of TPS as it could put Gabe in danger or inhibit the investigation?

I'm off to read the arrest document again to verify that it said that.

ETA: OK, I've re-read the documents and I guess her helping Elizabeth after she left is mostly to do with trying to change jurisdictions, and putting her in touch with people for legal advice.

I don't see any conflict. Sgt Carbajal I thought explained it very well as to what they believe she was involved in, and what they believe she was not involved in. There are several news interviews in the LE Statements thread that I found helpful in understanding how they distinguish it.

That's a possibility, but I don't think that's what they did. They seem to have done a very thorough investigation, had Logan involved helping them, they seemed to me to be clear on what they had found, and what they hadn't found.

They seemed straightforward and open in news interviews. They've consistently tried to dispell and curtail rumors, and to provide the public with information. I think they've done an excellent job in that. I could, of course, be wrong.

I do think LE was careful to add the no proof "as yet " comment to some of the charges on the arrest documents which, IMO, suggests not that they don't suspect her involvement but that they legally were unable to make the charge without proof and because they didn't have the smoking gun yet. I get the feeling LE hasn't ruled out that the probability TS is way more involved than they've been able to prove at this point.

It's interesting that once TS's lawyer silenced her,and now that the TV spotlights are off of her, all her efforts to find little G have gone to non-existent. She made some pretty dramatic claims that she'd help LM find G as she was leaving the jail but her apparent lack of worry throughout this entire ordeal has remained constant and ... it speaks volumes. She has less reason to worry than we do because she knows something we don't about what happened to our little guy. With or without legally enforcible proof of her involvement, I honestly think TS knows quite a bit more about HOW to find G even if she can't provide his exact geographic coordinates!
