Discrepancies in the Depositions Between Anthony Family Members

And I'm wondering about the time of this search. Was she at work?

LE determined that Cindy was in fact at work on the days of those searches. LE stated that the only people who had access to the home computer at those times of day were KC and GA.

Will try to find a link in a while.

So all that rambling by her about searching for chlorophyll just wasted our time! LOL!:banghead:

naaaaaa -- won't be a waste because that'll be one more reason she can be treated as a hostile witness come the trial. :)

Poor old George, he is left out of the loop on most things in this family isn't he?
Part of me occasionally sympathizes with his dilemma.
He is just a bystander in that house most of the time.

You know, I felt the same thing; he could be a carboard cut-out that they dig out of the closet for special events or such . . . or lawn or car-cleaning duties.

NOTE TO GEORGE: TAKE BACK YA BALLS, DUDE!

Cindy is already covering for that one..
In last 100 pages of depo.. claims she always enters 8-5 as hours worked on the work computer as she is salaried (doesn't punch in and out)...yet, claims some days she stays late and some days she leaves early...usually Fridays.
Question:
What time of day were the searches for chloroform done? (I am going to guess between 3-5 PM) so she can say she left early that day but timesheet will still say 8-5...was it on a Friday as well?

is it raining out today ?

CA "yes"

GA "no"

KC "today its cold"

LA "i need to go to the store"

thank you, no further questions

I am slogging through LA' s deposition and my brain is turning to mush because I have already read GA's and CA's. So I think I have found a glaring difference, but need someone to agree with me or tell me I'm nuts.

Didn't Cindy say that when she left the doors open on the Sunfire, the sunroof open, the trunk open and the hood open? Lee says the windows were rolled down, he didn't remember if the sunroof was open but the hood and trunk were closed when he got to the house. Now I can't remember if Cindy said she left the car like that when she went to get KC or not. Does anyone remember?

Cindy said trunk and hood were open. Leads me to believe George wasn't at work.

Cindy said George drove home with every window open and the sun roof open. (coming back from tow yard)
George claimed it was pouring rain when he drove the car home. (no mention of having every window and sun roof open)

One of the things that is troubling me is the claim that the A's are on such a tight budget now. George asks "What would you do?" In regard to taking money from this tragedy. However, we learned in the depositions that Cindy is on 2 year long-term disabilty. George is working again. Lee moved back in and is helping with the family finances. We also know that KC is no longer at home stealing money and running up credit cards. And I hate to have to write this, but the family is no longer supporting poor little Caylee. They grab a Caylee Bear when they want to travel somewhere so they can write it off as a "Foundation" expense. Furthermore, they are being compensated with all kinds of perks from news programs that want to score interviews. They are licensing everything they can get their mitts on to pay for attorneys. And are trying to get a book deal. I don't know if they receive salaries for their foundation positions, but that is another potential source of income. It seems to me that they should be in much better financial shape than they were prior to July 2008.

KC's non-graduation - they found out:

1.) the day of graduation
2.) 2 days before graduation
3.) about a week before graduation

Pretty sure it was LA who said "about a week before...". I noted the discrepancies, but my brain is mush about who (GA/CA) committed to #'s 1 & 2.

GA/LA admit KC was the cause of her own failings in high school, CA is still blaming it on the teachers to this day.

This might be GA contradicting himself, because I think he said in the past that he had the windows down-It would be in his first LE interview, as a reference.

I think she did leave the car like that because she said when she came home she had to park her truck in the outside driveway because the vehicles would be damaged if she tried to pull in with KC's doors open. Can I be wrong already because my eyes are on fire from reading these....possible, lemme see if I can pull that portion and be right back!

Yes, she said she left it open..including the trunk and hood. Lee states the hood was closed, not sure about the trunk.

Found it (thank goodness these docs have indeces) See page 349 of CA's depo (their page number, not pdf page number).
She parks outside the garage because the doors to KC's car are open.

Okay, but what I just posted above is when CA first came home from the tow yard, maybe she closed them before she went to TL's to get KC. But see their page 381, when CA comes back home from TL's, she says everything on the car was still open and LA was there.

Yep, Phumi, I don't for a minute buy the "tight budget" story either. Even if they were, there are other ways of making ends meet before resorting to selling out their deceased grandbaby.

ETA- Lee's depo states that he moved in to help with the bills. He doesn't make it sound like a desperate situation though. I would think that two adults with full-time work, one adult on disability should be enough to support them.

Yes George did say he had the windows down and it was raining.

Cindy said it was NOT raining and hadn't rained for weeks!!.

rut ro scoobie:waitasec:

Depos: They all state Caylee is alive

Media: In media interviews, they talk about Caylee being deceased.

Minor, but CA states that the Murderess speaks Spanish, LA says she doesn't.
