JA is completely busted. She's on a 42 day restriction (in other words, until she's carted off to Perryville):


1. no video chats
2. no phone calls (except with legal team)
3. no commissary
4. 23/24 solitary, absolute.


She's appealing via the regular inmate grievance process. Good luck with that, JA.

Good news. I bet the jail administrators like it when inmates file formal grievances against them and their decisions---NOT. LOL

She will get a reputation as being hard to deal with. And by her filing this grievance it is going to be worse for her.

You can still post the link....I think. Still waiting for an answer on the tweeting. I know you can link to anything MSM. Also tweets are permitted with anyone connected to the trial such as: MSM, trial watchers, WS members attending the trial, Jodi's tweets, etc. You can link to any Facebook who has a connection to the trial, you just can't cut and paste from the FB page. What I'm trying to establish is whether we can post a picture that has been tweeted by MSM so that posters don't have to scroll F_O_R_E_V_E_R to find the tweet you are discussing. Hope that helps. How in the world was she able to ask another inmate to make calls for her, given that she was (supposedly) in solitary 23/24? (Maybe using a videochat visitor as a go-between? )

I think it has to do with thread or string attached somehow to a bit of paper.. Sort of scooting it along the floor, or tossing it the general direction they want it to go. (I seem to recall this in a very old movie.)

NOW is when Jodi will be asking for daily meetings with her defense team.

When one door slams shut, she'll just find a way to open another one.

We'll have to wait and see if they play along.

Lol it's called sending a kite. Its a piece of paper/postcard note folded into a tiny piece of paper its put on string and they "kite" the note to other cells by placing dots or identifying cell info. Its very efficient so much so prisoners can get kites across. the street to the other sexes pods

I wonder if this has been in the works for a couple days now and was the reason for trying to move sentencing to an earlier date. Possibly with these restrictions looming she or her DT decided she should leave Estrella, where rules are enforced even for the *special* residents.
