Please, why would MLDR, being a court officer, want to join the defendant's support site, join up with con-artists, get herself assigned as an admin for a financial acct., and hide money? What is the draw? Was MLDR aware they were scammers? Did she know them already to join them? Did the killer tell her to do that? I can't believe she would really think that was a 'duty' as a migration specialist? To tweet mean things, as well?

JMO-- I think many of ja's friends, helpers and minions have a sense that they are so much smarter than anyone else. MDLR hasn't outsmarted the IRS. She'll find that out soon enough.

It occurred to me if monies are being requested to fund a specific purpose, like an appeal, and those monies are then not used for the stated purpose, but used for something else, the organizers/admins in charge of those campaigns could be legally liable and get into trouble.

I don't know the laws at all, but I'm pretty sure you can't solicit for funds, stating a specific use for the funds, and then use the funds in a different way than what supporters were told. If it were me and I found out my money wasn't being used the way I had been told, I'd be requesting a refund immediately and would probably alert whoever needed to be alerted to stop that activity.

In regards to JAII .. and SJ, I'm sure a few of you remember identical sites that went up like Casey Anthony is Innocent, and Scott Peterson is Innocent .. with the same top banner and layout etc .. so is SJ the person who ran those two, and I thought the person who did was in the Netherlands or around that area, is my memory correct or has JAII changed hands along the way?

I guess conning felons and their fans I quite a lucrative business, Mrs G!!!!! Who "knew"??!' Lol!!!

I take it then that the reason Jodi refused to participate in a pre-sentencing report was at the advice of MDLR ? If I remember correctly, Nurmi seemed to be somewhat unsure of how to answer that question when JSS asked it.

Jodi and MDLR know that an accounting of her finances would be part of the report, so they opted out of it.

Forget about asking for leniency or apologizing to the family and the court for her actions......let's just make sure and keep our money !!

Hmmmmmm......may not be that big of a deal to MDLR, she can use Jodi's money to help pay her attorneys for the defense she is about to be forced to put on.

I guess it goes without saying that once Jodi goes into the hole and isn't seen or heard from anymore, all of the Jodi followers will jump onto the MDLR bandwagon and fire up yet another worthy cause........the "Free Cha-Cha's Honor fund" (Paypal accepted)

Because she feels self entitled & very much a narcissistic like her "client". This woman got caught up in the dirty dealings of the trial & thought she could get away with it.
IMO she has gotten away with more minor frauds in the pass which has only given her more confidence to pull bigger things. If the feds drop in on her, she is done.

I am a very patient person. I know that the facts don't miraculously come out in 10 minutes or even in a day or even in a week. But then I am not one of those who expects instant gratification especially in cases that are being investigated.

I am very happy to read that MDLR has been exposed. Accounts aren't seized for nothing and a government agency has to be the one to seize them.

So for now, I am very pleased with the breaking news story about MDLR and others. It is a very big deal to me.

It has just begun and we will hear more in the coming days.

I don't imagine charges will come until they do a thorough complete investigation of all accounts and all parties involved. That takes time.

All I care about now is knowing the investigators are on to MDLRs scheme.

The lid is going to blow and I want them to take their time so they uncover every wrongdoing she and others have done.

It gives me great pleasure for MDLR to know her cover has been blown and SHE is the one being targeted in the media... who will be on this like a dog with a new bone in the coming days.

Imo, Troy Hayden has reliable sources and I think he will learn a lot in the next few days.

It will become exciting if it turns into criminal charges for one or more peeps. For all we know the investigation won't lead to the kind of hand-slapping or handcuff-slapping wanted. Then again, maybe it will!

And this is why DF could not use MDLR under oath for mitigation!! They had to use the shrinks...hearsay from Maria.
