Kiomarie's interview was strange and bewildering. She might come up again but she sounds like a wild card that both the defence and the prosecution are likely to avoid.

Well...maybe Casey thinks that "seasonal employee" means she gets to pick the season and the year. She was there for one season and planned on going back say....oh in ten years or so maybe?! hehehe

Or she could have a "faulty definition" and thinks it means seasonings like condiments and that's why she peppers her statements with lies and we have to take them with a grain of salt while she hopes to cut the mustard hoping that this is her gravy train

This just breaks my heart. KC speaking about her beautiful little baby refers to Caylee as "that child", most people extend more emotion talking about the the weather.:furious::furious::furious::furious:

I don't want to disagree with anything anyone has said about Casey and her lack of honesty or that she never cared about her daughter, Caylee.
I just want to point out one fact we know. Casey did not want to keep her child. She wanted to adopt her out.
If only that could have happened.
It was Cindy who stood firm on no adoption. That Casey would keep her baby. It was almost as though Cindy was trying to punish Casey for having a child out of marriage and at such a young age.
I think that explains why Cindy can lie about this entire case. She must feel a load of guilt. Enough guilt that she can deny and lie and cover up. It's so sad for everyone involved.
I see Casey and her mother as twin monsters.

We've heard one person claim KC didn't want to keep Caylee, I don't believe this story because everyone one else around her said it wasn't mentioned. It never came up. I've never seen anything this witness said substantiated.

KC wasn't 15 years old, she was 19 when Caylee was born. If KC in any way acted like she didn't want to keep her baby, the nursing staff at the hospital would have at the least told KC's MD their was a problem, more likely they would have notified CFS.

This is the same witness who said CA doesn't like Hispanic's, or let them in her house, yet CA wanted RM to know she was reaching out to him when all the 'kids' were asked to come to the house to work on a time line. Doesn't add up.

I agree with other posters who don't put much stock in Kiomarie's statements.

Also re: adoption. I agree very much with what you're saying. It annoys me when people continue to contemplate Casey as a perpetual child-- she's a 22 year old woman. She was 19 when she chose to become a mother. She's not 14. I don't care if she had a domineering mother who tried to influence her decision to keep Caylee. She had the legal power to make whatever choice she wanted to make re: adopting/raising Caylee. And IMO she was lucky to have parents willing to essentially raise Caylee and materially provide for her. Casey is not a child. She wants to be coddled like a child. But she is not a child, nor was she a child when she became a mother at the age of 19.

I had a hard time reading some of this report, as my eyes kept rolling so far back into my head.

I think the one that gets me the most is about how she searched for Caylee, and when that didn't work, she went home and told her parents Caylee was missing.That is so easily discredited. It is like she simply DOES NOT CARE how blatantly she lies, she just does it anyway. And being an advocate for missing children? Yeah, maybe she can go into partnership with Gerry and Kate McCann.

The mother Casey was also heard [and] stated the C/V has been missing for 31 days and was last seen with Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. When asked why she waited 31 days, the mother said “I’ve been looking for her and have gone through other resources to try to find her, which was stupid …” Per the mother, Caylee has been missing since June 15, 2008.

Found this interesting too.

How does this affect what she says her actions were on the day Caylee went missing? If Caylee has been missing since this date ... which was a Sunday, where did Casey drop Caylee on her "way to work"? Did she "work" on Sunday?

I wish George had been the one with her when they had this interview and without Cindy so MAYBE just MAYBE he might have called her out on some of the outrageous lies that she was telling.

KC keeps using this lame statement about her "gut feeling" "as a mother" while continuing to lie about about things easily proven to be false. Meanwhile Caylee lies alone under the stars because her "mother" cares more about protecting herself than she does about doing right by Caylee.

oddly enough both KC and CA both have "gut feelings" however GA expresses his gut feelings after speaking with LE by getting sick...oddly (& sadly) his gut feelings are reality---KC & CA are fantasy...moo
they truly just go on and on...it's like that snowball....
