Obviously they should have the victims DNA, and possibly some unidentified DNA, which may have come from the perpetrator. But assuming it was the SCPD who handled this DNA collection, I have little confidence in this forensic evidence being used effectively towards solving this case.
I hate to sound so negative, but besides a finding a belt with two letters enscribed, what has the SCPD accomplished in the case in 10 years.
