Does Cindy Know that Casey Killed Caylee?

She totally knows, and that's the one thing I don't get. She knows, but she doesn't want Casey to face consequences for it. What does she think will happen if Casey were to get out of jail? She would just up and be responsible? Get a job and have a real life? Yeah, right. In your dreams, Cindy. Stop covering for her and let her suffer consequences for once. She killed your granddaughter, your blood. Why is that not good enough for you to be done with her? Would she have to kill George, Lee, your parents? What would make you see how evil she is? What would make you realize that LWOP is the best thing for her? She's never going to be a productive member of society. She thinks jail is independence for crying out loud!

I didn't get to vote in this poll....unequivacally, YES, CA knows or she wouldn't be trying to hard to pin this on others.

There was never a demand to this alleged kidnapper to return Caylee. I still believe as of CA's myspace July 3rd, letter, she knew something was terribly wrong. Why would CA feel she was being punished by ICA by keeping Caylee away from her?

She absolutely knows that ICA is responsible for Caylee's demise, even as she claimed during the hearing for the 911 last call, she still believes Caylee is alive was the biggest lie ever...this is all in an effort to save ICA from certain death. It's out of her hands, though and she can't stand it! CA is very transparent, you can see through her like you can see through invisible...JMHO

• CA wants to protect the family image above all else
• CA does not want to believe that ICA did it, even though she knows better
• CA does not want to lose another child, she has already lost Caylee
• CA wants to punish/rehabilitate ICA in her passive/aggressive way and not have the State do so
• CA has a co-dependency with ICA and needs her and the dysfunction to operate

ITA Cyb - and I also believe that CA's identity is so entwined with ICA that she feels herself on trial, she feels responsible AND persecuted for ICA's behaviors, past and present.

Without a doubt and she is just as guilty! CA has never held ICA accountable for her actions, in ICA's twisted mind this horrendous act was no different than stealing from her Grandparents!!!! CA knew ICA did not have a job, therefore no need for a nanny, nor the money to pay her, and 31 DAYS!!!!!

The moment she started lying for Casey is when she knew.... which makes it VERY early on.

They all knew as soon as they did this math: the death smell car + the 31 day Zanny story= Caylee is dead, KC did it. Guessing Cindy knew before the other 2 did..I think she suspected as she was cleaning the trunk and she called the police frantically to find KC to confirm or dismiss her worst fear. Either Caylee was with her, or dead. She confirmed the answer and they all went to work to cover it up.

Ya know what? At this point who the heck cares what CA thinks, believes, knows! I know this... A beautiful, innocent life was taken and NOT 1 person in that dysfunctional family seems to give a rat's a$$! I don't care what any Anthony knows, I care that justice is served for Caylee Marie!!!!
