I look forward to all of the facts being exposed around HaLeigh going missing, and the financial gains and those who've broken any laws all going to jail. HaLeigh coming home obviously being the number one priority, she needs her family.

I don't know why you would post that. If they are guilty of any crimes, which we don't know, then yes, same goes for all of the players in this case.

Well good. Since there have been no arrests we can assume that there are no improprieties. If there are, they will take care of it. Does not negate Rc's lies, obfuscation, fake tears, assault, intimidation and tipping off the person LE thinks is lying about HaLeigh. Now can we audit where Rc's fund money is going? Maybe new cars, GG's trips and Momma's makeover. Wonder what the going rate is for rats in PC? JMO, and questionsthat I have from looking at the case.

No, in fact, I think it's a great idea! What is dishonest is to say the money will be used for searches and to add to the reward money and then NOT do that. If CS and MG want to collect donations to pay their bills, take vacations, buy 4 wheelers, etc., etc., I don't care, just don't collect the money under the guise of doing it for Haleigh's benefit. And that's MOO.

I'll stand with you if you ask the same of the Haleighbug Center and foundation set up by Crystal, Marie, Kim Picazio and Jeremy. Not to mention, that's the foundations, there's concerts, and donations etc.... made outside of these foundations. If we're going to wonder and ask, we should be interested in knowing what everyone is up too.
Ron had a core level loss with Haleigh's disappearance, Crystal and family did not. IMO, there should have been only one family foundation in Haleigh's name.

bbm~I agree with ya KOOL... but with that said I do believe that it is much ado about not much in both cases. I guess that's why I rarely ever post about it, lol! I think in the beginning both families were getting some monies, by way of compensation, donations, gifts etc. but prolly not any great sum. But not so much anymore, just because someone has a site or foundation set up does not mean that people ARE still donating. I mean I'm sure that some are, but we tend to forget imo that HaLeigh's name is rarely mentioned in the national media anymore, except the occasional 'bombshell' on NG. She appears to be back burner news locally as well. Most of us at least check in "here" daily, or try to anyway. HaLeigh has become part of our life, but we are the exception IMO rather than the rule. Most 'normal' people do not follow cases like we do. :crazy: Does anyone REALLY believe that Ron et al or Crystal et al are receiving that much money? IF one truly believes they are and that it is being spent inappropriately (by either family) then by all means, don't donate and report it. IF not and it's just another way to get into a pi$$ing match, then let it go. I know a few believe that the proceeds of having a missing child is motive for HaLeigh's disappearance and I respect their opinion, but it's My Humble Opinion that nothing could be further from the truth, I don't believe that had anything whatsovere to do with it. If I were a betting woman, I'd stake my house on it, I feel that confident that it wasn't. One thing for sure though, one can focus on this aspect and pick the 2 families apart concening what few funds I believe may be trickling in, but it's just so far from my primary focus (the whereabouts of HaLeigh of course) and since I think it will not likely amount to enough to be an issue, I'll bow out and let the match continue, I s'pose. :innocent:

Yeah, I would think Ronald will have to account for where all his money is going-

I have to laugh, knowing that there are people here who think Crystal had this huge motivation to kidnap the child, and its like for what? So that she would go from paying nothing, to paying everything, plus having to pay people to hush their mouths like doctors and what not so they can treat Haleigh, and how this has been profitable for her since she got a donor to pay her child support, but its like, who really has more motive to have a child going missing? Ron never really worked before, and now he has said he doesn't think he can ever work again, how convenient!! Then we have him collecting donations and more than likely licensing fees from his wedding and whatnot, and his fund so he can keep vigil- I mean really, who has more motive here if the reason for all this is money?

The loss of a child is no greater or lesser for the custodial and noncustodial parent. the child carries DNA from both parents...she is Crystal's child and Marie's Grandchild. No less of a loss. I am going to spend a little time googling core level loss to see if it is a legal term, some family term or exactly what that means. The death of a child is just that, the death of your child. Since I am not the person who reported it..how in the world would I know how long the investigation has been going on? It has been mentioned here at WS in the past that online blogging posters have reported Crystal's foundation....

I am still waiting for the link to show me and everyone who reads here that these donations have not been being used for such, and that these people are being dishonest ? I will find the link but I do believe there was an increase in the reward. just recently

yes, please do some googling, it would be under such tops as grief. Crystal did not experience a core level loss as Ron and family who were actively supporting and tending to Haleigh on a daily basis. "Daily" will be a key word in core level.

A core level loss is the type of loss that effects your everyday acitivities, your lifestyle, the way you function, how much groceries you buy, how many loads of laundry you do per week, etc.... Ron is the one that lost everything when Haleigh disappeared. That is just a fact whether people want to accept that or not.

The core level loss has nothing to do with what member or persons status is to an individual. I in no way disparaged Crystal as you would have it come across. It's not my fault the truth is the truth, I just made a simple statement that Ron is the one with that core level grief effecting his daily functions.

I lost my Granny October 4th, but it didn't effect how many times I clean the hair brush out. Or how many pork chops I have to fry for supper, or how much money is coming into my home. Though I miss Granny and loved her with all my heart, I still get up the same way every morning, at the same time and do the same routines. Didn't effect my core level of existence.

Thank you chica! mystic, you know that those of us here from the get go remember way back in the beginning CS was very upfront about some donations going towards her living, travelling expenses etc. To my knowledge that fact was always disclosed . Those who wanted to donate did and those who could not or chose not to, didn't I don't imagine. Unless of course there were a few that did, so they could then cry foul. As silly as that sounds it wouldn't surprise me. :waitasec:
