I am still reeling with the info that was just released yesterday about Dr P's statements. How could the state not disclose that earlier?

My hunch is that they didn't feel it was relevant to the case against JR.

I can understand that but I assumed they are suppose to look ahead for any potential issues that might arise with submitting or holding back discovery so they don't get hit with a motion that happened yesterday.
