If my daughter was behaving like the felon the first thing I would have done is check out her employment. If she's stealing money, I want to know why. Why are the A's making such an issue out of grandparents rights? They could have went to LE and reported their daughter for stealing....Clearly they had enough time and could have collected enough evidence to prove the felon was stealing. They had an avenue available to them to get help. If they didn't use LE, why does anyone believe if there were laws in place to help grandparents, the A's would have used them either!
What issues are the A's referring to besides stealing that would cause them to want to take Caylee away from the felon. Clearly just stealing could have been addressed by the A's, what else was going on?...

I believe that Cindy and George came up with the Grandparent angle because the missing child scam was no longer working for them. To make money they must have believed that they only had their Grandparent status left to use. Yes, this is a pretty lame attempt to get those donations rolling in, but I have a sickening feeling that there are some out there that just may fall for it. Plus, the word Grandparent distances them from the felon and reconnects them with Caylee (and they are well aware of how much she is worth).

So on Dr Phil CA tries to use the fact that Caylee was not where she was dumped, as an excuse as to why FCA could not reveal the 'accident' since LE would want to check but -- it begs the question, how did FCA know that Caylee was not where she was originally dumped and how does CA know this?

For TES and other lawsuits it validates that CA knew Caylee was dead long before she was discovered on Dec 11 and yet at the same time CA was on LKL driving the Caylee is Alive distraction. TES was searching at the same time CA knew where Caylee was dumped.

CA is digging a hole with her lies ... Oh what a terrible web we weave ...

Here's the sad part. She has revealed a couple of pertinent tidbits of her prior knownledge, do you think anything will come of it? I doubt it. It has though reinforced what I already believed.

Everytime I see that smirk, I think that what she really wants to say is. none of your business, but she just can't bring herself to say it, she wants the checks to continue.

I agree with that. Cindy feels no obligation to tell the truth because the truth is not a priority for her. At heart she doesn't feel anyone has the right to know the truth, not even the state of Florida or the judge and jury. So she'll spin the web of lies as far out as she can go and then when she gets called on it, she just shrugs and says "that's how I see it." Nobody can argue someone else's beliefs and perceptions, after all. The problem is, she's a liar about being a liar. She doesn't have the guts to come right out and say "I'll tell whatever story works for me. I don't care whether it's true or not."

I did call when my Grandson and his sister told of abuse their moms new BF was doing to them.Speaking out not only by me but her mom as well as school principal to DYFS was a joke,after being told by kids o being tied up for hrs to kitchen chair because she did not want to eat food he cooked.She did eat but throw it up because it was awful.Naked pictures of both of both kids,beatings and more.The result was not seeing kids for over a year.Spending over 20k to be told by a Judge not a thing he could do till DYFS was done with investigation.She was told BF could not be near kids,she lived with him we gave them proof.Not a thing was done about it.She did nothing they asked her to dnly after going on a non stop emailing and snail mail of every one from mayor to senators to governor,every talk show, newspaper and letting the new head of DYFS know I was screaming out for help and would not stop EVER were family meetings started.She knew him for 2 months and was living with him,by the third month kids told of abuse by the 4th month she was pregnant with his baby.She twisted,lied,manipulated it till she turned it around on the kids said both lied and now 1 has been on adderil sp?Speed!DYFS said nothing happened over a year ago case closed.Yet a case worker goes there every month!TG now newest caseworker makes them drug test the other one use to sit and have coffee and chat about her life did not do her job thankfully due to a car accident she is out on disability and someone who does their job is seeing them now.Sorry about the o/t but unless you are a grandparent who has been thru the system,you have no idea what it really is all about.Grandparents rights are non existing but more importantly Children's rights above anyone else s should count but sadly there is no such thing anymore.

In fact, smaller than the ones in hotel rooms. We have one that we use to store our most important legal documents. GA/CA could have put their wallets in there to stop the stealing.

The lock on the A's shed was clearly put there to keep FCA from stealing gas or whatever else she could get her hands on. We have a lock on our shed, the key is in a location inside our house and everyone knows where it is in can someone needs to get bikes, canoe, etc.

I've asked several of my friends how they store their shed key and they all said inside the house. I asked if their children knew where the key was located and they all said yes.

If there really was a fight that night, maybe there was a detailed verbal threat issued at CA from her daughter...something like this..."OK, that's it! I'm leaving tomorrow and you WILL NEVER SEE CAYLEE AGAIN!" Maybe when George watched the two of them leave,that last time, he knew that a threat had been made but not wanting to rock the boat and thinking that this latest power struggle would blow over he just let her leave with Caylee. That would explain how why GA's mind went there (someone was dead in this car) and CA knew enough to call Lee and tell him that his sister was in "Big Trouble." Just an aside: Given what we all know now, doesn't it feel really creepy that CA used those words?

My money is on a verbal threat during the fight that everyone now says never happened. Maybe that last blowout fight and any threat to take Caylee away might have blown over if the felon had gotten her way and one of them had agreed to babysit while she went out for that simple date with Tony.

They would have had to bolt the safe to the floor to keep FCA out of it...she would have carried the fireproof safe right out the door. I had a foster kid just like that...we had to put a dead bolt on our bedroom door...she would sneak in while we slept and steal out of my purse. We had to put her in jail..she learned her lesson. She ad her daughter are well and safe...she knows if she ever mistreated her child that we would be on her in a New York minute and DFCS would be called. Just saying. h, and NO I would NOT clean out the trunk with the smell of a dead body...I would call 911 right then.

I think CA has met someone smarter than herself. His name is Dr. Phil. We've all pretty much heard the expressions when were faced with something hard in life. "I'll throw you a rope, just tie a knot and hang on." Dr. Phil threw CA a rope, appears she may have tied herself a noose instead of a knot. I know, I'm just dreaming. My Caylee is missing.

She came into my life unexpectedly just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don't know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away, jealousy from the one person that should be thankful for all the love and support given to her. A mothers love is deep however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation, it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change but instead more lies, more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. This daughter who stole money, lots of money leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid for her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go. Who is now watching out for the little angel..{ sic throughout}

Sounds like maybe CA is posting this message more in defense of herself, sounds like CA may have even talked to some of the friends and was told something.

I had thought GA mentioned in one of his depos that the key was hanging on the wall right inside the garage door to the outside so all they had to do was reach in a grab it. As if right by the washer. So KC knew where the key was unless GA had hidden it to keep her from taking the cans.

The problem with KC was she was asking for another credit card for her mother's account, a duplicate IMO online. She could have done the same for the checks. I just don't see how CA could have missing checks, not recorded and not know about it. Plus mail comes to the household and my guess is the only one around to pick it up would have been KC. All the information she would need to steal money. jmo

That is one of the problems of living in a fantasy world that is based on certain truths as a foundation. When trying to defend your position certain things are bound to leak out because you are not just lying, you are communicating a belief that sounds logical to only you. The holes are there. She just can't see them. jmo

To sum it up in just a few words, George feels guilty for not stopping his daughter from going through with her threat to take Caylee away and CA, deep down, feels wholly responsible for Caylee's death because she "pushed" her selfish daughter "too hard."

CA says that when she was shown proof that her daughter had stolen from her father's account that "it was the straw that broke the camel's back."

It seems like that statement is partially true but it is really a reference to what her daughter did once her own mother confronted her about the theft. CA may be saying that in actuality, when she confronted her daughter and brought down the hammer that the daughter was the one who snapped.

We know that CA ultimately did report her daughter to the police. Possibly, she warned the felon, June 15th she was going to report her and she would go to jail and lose custody. We know CA did follow through on the 31st day. We heard her say and do exactly that, on the 911 tape, when she didn't know the call was still connected and still being recorded.

Because his granddaughter was missing. I think that if anybody had a missing family member and walked up to a car or anything else connected to the family that smelled of death, the thought would immediately come to mind.

When the A's picked up the car, Caylee wasn't missing, she was with the felon as far as GA & CA knew at that very moment in time. CA had been talking to the felon everyday. The car had been sitting in the tow yard for some time. The felon was telling CA that Caylee was asleep, gone having fun with Zanny and the other kids.

Oh Mikey's Mom Mom, my heart goes out to you. I know EXACTLY what you mean, as I lived a similar thing. I am SO sorry. Doesn't it just suck the life out of you?

It appears that the Ants never called or made a report of any abuse of Caylee. I wonder if there was neglect? The "system" likely would not have done anything anyway. I was told there had to be HARD evidence. Photos of bruises/rashes/waif appearance is no good. The child has to be in need of an ICU to get the state's attention, and that is no guarantee! Caylee always looked in photos, to be well nourished and in good health.

Detectives were not interviewing him, M&M were for the ZG civil deposition. They were rude, very rude because it was a civil attorney and they knew they could get away with it. jmo

I am certain both the Anthony's lawyers and Lee's lawyer advised not to take a lie detector test. None of them were charged with a crime and no lawyer worth their salt would tell a client oh just go ahead - it won't hurt. Lie detectors don't stand up in court - there is no reason for someone not charged in a crime to take one - particularly just to satisfy an accusing public.

That is the only thing about the Anthony's that does NOT bother me. I'm pretty sure everything else does..:great: .

IIRC the Anthony's didn't yet have lawyers when they were asked to take lie detector tests. Lee was the one that told Cindy and George not to do it. That was one of the first :waitasec: .
Somewhere in the discovery there is a list of the freinds of Casey's who DID take lie detector tests and it includes the Anthony's names as NOT willing to comply. The irony was that all the people Cindy was trying to throw under the bus fully cooperated with LE. The Anthony's all stood out as the only ones NOT willing to cooperate.

When we are questioned about our distrust or dislike of the Anthony's this is where it started.

Mostly thanks to drugs taking over this country, I'm in the same boat with you and lots of other families. We could get nothing done and didn't have thousands to pay an attorney who told me I probably wouldn't win custody anyway. Finally the kids were taken away, but the two oldest have horrible problems. I had to quit my job, quit school, and now have no money, no foster care payments of any sort, getting older, and few brain cells left. At least in my story, the two youngest have had a chance to have a peaceful life away from drugs and craziness these past nine years. One thing for sure though: I didn't have the kids' parents living in my home, driving my vehicle, supporting them, covering up, lying for them, blaming everyone else, and putting them above the children like Cindy and George have done.
