As I said up thread - I don't believe CA actually said she talked to her - she said FCA sounded upset, but can't remember what the conversation was about. To me this is a huge red flag of a mistruth - what we would call liar liar pants on fire -in other words she didn't answer or pick up any of the calls but listened to a message or two much later.

I think she was either still very angry with FCA or thought she was going to beg her to babysit. I don't believe FCA was calling for help - I think she was planning what she had to do with Caylee and didn't want to be interrupted.

I'll have to rewind and watch it again. Maybe because CA used the word "conversation" instead of "message" I thought she was saying she had talked to the felon that day. I was paying more attention to their body language than listening to what they were saying...Thanks LG

So, it's back to being internet gambling, and not the Nigerian email scam he claimed to the FBI:



OK, so is he assuming that Cindy never heard those recordings and so he is still lying to her about the source of the loss being gambling? Or did he lie to the FBI? If so, why? (Is it illegal to gamble in this way and he was afraid of legal repercussions, should he tell LE?)

Being that the monies came out of her account while he was online, I'm sure that her statements would show where the monies went. Whether it was sent to a online gambling house or to Nigeria. I think that it was both. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. First he lost the money gambling online and then tried to recoup some money through the Nigerian deal to cover for his loss on the gambling and it ended up being a scam. I may be wrong but thought that's how I heard it.
(I think that online gambling is legal so that wouldn't matter to the LE.)

Plus, Yates' youngest child was around 6 months old at the time. That is more typical a timeframe for anything post-partum. Caylee was almost 3 years old so even if Casey had suffered some post-partum issues they would certainly not have continued years after she gave birth.

Casey did her evil deed out of spite, not illness. Clearly she knew right from wrong or she would not have covered anything up. Yates, on the other hand, did not cover up her actions, and Yates was truly ill.

I do not know WHAT Cindy's problem is but whatever it is, I doubt she will ever get it fixed.

Not verbatim, of course, but she repeatedly referred to how ludicrous it was that Mrs. Anthony could possibly venture these new 'theories' forth as anywhere near 'reasonable' explanations for her daughter's behavior and further said how insulting it was to the public's intelligence that she even attempted to do so.

Perhaps the HLN website will have clips or a transcript at some point?

And I could be wrong and slipped into transference as we know from depositions and hearings CA did not actually speak to FCA that day - so my brain might just have gone :ignore: maybe that 's how I'm starting to deal with CA's many lies ... :woot:

Thanks...CA is claiming on June 16th, 2008 she received 6 calls in 4 minutes from the felon. That was the day Caylee died!. CA is saying that she talked to the felon THAT DAY! This is news to me. I thought no one picked up. CA claims she doesn't remember the conversation. Am I wrong here or is this a big deal?

CA is consistent – I’ll give her that. So evasive and unsure when she wants to be, but can recite – one year after the fact in July 2009, a short “where are you call” she had with FCA, just look at the details she is able to recall about people she never met. This is the same depo...

CA: Until -- well, she was supposed to head back on Sunday and then they decided to stay at the park when I spoke to her Sunday. They were going to leave Sunday and they decided because they did not have an opportunity to do anything with the girls on Sunday, so they were going to take the children to Busch Gardens and the Animal Kingdom. So she said she was going to come home on Monday, the -- I think that was the 23rd.

CA: And -- because Raquel, I guess, had come over, over the weekend and stayed with the girls. And Casey and Juliet and Annabelle and Caylee were in Casey's car following them and she said they were a few cars ahead and Zanny had gotten into an accident. So she had gone to the hospital with Zanny and Juliet had taken the girls back to the hotel and checked back in to the hotel in Tampa. They had just gotten onto, I think, 75 to come back to 1-4 when the accident happend.

btw - I also noticed that CA's depo is 666 pages. Dear Lord - almost everything about this case and these people is bizarre and scary.

Mostly bashing CA for the "tumor" excuse. There was about 6 guests and most were bashing CA. The one young cute lawyer, I can never remember his name, was defending the A's but everyone else was commenting on how ridiculous this new excuse was.

i think the internet gambling and the nigerian scam are both lies. no proof of course but i have a feeling it was , paid webcam viewing, or escorts. i would almost bet on it. they both are liars i just think george is less looney and thinks more realistic.

I couldn't agree with you more! All of the pictures of Casey and Caylee together look posed. Casey is smiling for the camera.......the photo op, and not out of genuine love for her child.

I was very interested in GA & CA body language. This is what I observed.

GA...I noticed 2 positions of his hands, one is called Steepling and the other was Interwoven fingers.
Steepling...thoughtfulness-looking for or explaining connections-confidence-authority-serene control-listening patiently & wisely-thinking deep & important thoughts
Interwoven Fingers...frustration-negativity-anxiousness
His legs were uncrossed-openess

CA hands..When one arm crosses the other with palms down...authority-strength-dominance-generally defiance or firm disagreement
CA legs were crossed...closed attitude-degree of caution-uncertainty-feeling threatened-mildly insecure. Upper crossed leg & knee points towards someone means person of interest...points away from someone means disinterest or perceived threat.
Cocked head means confused or challenging you.
Squinted eyes means attempt at understanding what is being said, usually skeptical.
Ankle lock- defensiveness-suppressing negative emotion.
I noticed CA & GA never touched each other except one time GA touched CA knee when she was upset/crying. GA was sitting straight and CA was leaning toward GA.
I just thought this was interesting.

Thanks for your interp. I don't know much about body language, but I thought CA looked defiant and defensive, again. She seemed to challenge Dr. P and overemphasized and over enunciated words. She did not appear honest to me. But, I don't read body language well.

If Casey had not killed her, Caylee would be alive today. It has nothing to do with what kind of world Cindy lived in. The blame belongs squarely on Casey's shoulders.

Oh I wish this complicated event were so simple. I believe all acts are a compilation of several factors, not one sole cause. There is generally one major cause but several contributory factors that helped set the stage. I believe that if it were as simple as your theory suggests, even Cindy and George would be able to see it. It's very possible the reason Cindy is struggling so much with the truth of the matter is because she is, subconsciously or not, trying to mitigate any fault she may have.
Don't you agree that any parent whose child does anything wrong, majorly wrong, like this would be evaluating their possible contribution?
If Cindy continues to find Casey blameless then Cindy doesn't have to move on to that next step. Apparently, it is easier for her to blame others and make outlandish excuses. I am thankful that she has moved on from trying to lay the blame on others, causing great havoc in their lives ~ and has now targeted, instead, some mysterious, undiagnosed illness. But even by doing this she has managed to infuriate those who really suffer with seizure disorders and PTSD.
I'm curious, Chilly, why do you think she wanted this interview? Why do you think she thought it was desirable?

Ahh... the email scam. I wish the FBI pressed him to provide the documentation GA he said he had on this. People wrote that Dr Phil mentioned GA's money troubles... but this alleged email scam I believe occurred the same year GA had not been working for almost a year, and then fled the home and filed for divorce. I'm not from FL, but do divorce attorneys there generally take on new clients without retainer money? In NJ, they start around 10K to 15K, and then it’s about 1K per motion. Where did GA get this kind of dough? His work comp claim was paid in Feb 2006, and I believe GA filed in Dec 2005, four+ months after Caylee was born.

Yet another evasive answer from GA.
