I think it is BS talk. I think he fancies himself something special.

Just think that for all of those years he has gotten away with murder.

Did not seem to bother his conscience. Probably was a"moral" reason he did it.

Whoever came up with the " moral" idea that TS needed killing is probably right on, I mean the WS poster that deduced that. Sorry I don't remember who that is,

That was Skinner!

With both of these crimes the computer seems to be the common thread!

  • #623
Computer manipulation crimes.
Fraud and Embezzling.

I can see this!

MS would have to be complicit. Why pay all this money to CWW when there are licensed and bonded firms that do anything legit that needs to be done

  • #624
I agree I think CWW thought a bit highly of himself and probably bragged about his income whether true or not...and I must say, I found Skinner a little too naive I guess the word would be...one who believes anything their told or easy to fool. JMO

Do we know for a fact that CWW was collecting social security and Mark paid him cash under the table?

Or is this pure speculation? I'm getting confused on what is factual in this case.

  • #626
I think people are speculating, I think this is the idea here. Speculate.

The TITLE of this thread is --

Motives and Theories (including MS speculation)

Reading the last 30+ posts and I had to scroll up to see what thread I had opened.

Let's stop and steer it back on the rails. Y'all attempt to keep it between the lines, okay?

Since opening the forum we've been patiently moving OT posts over to the correct topical threads but that is a lot of work for the mods. (It's much easier to just remove the posts.) Y'all should be getting the hang of this by now. If you want your posts to stand, please take a second to scan the forum and post in the correct topical thread.

I'm curious if there has been any facts released that point towards a possible motive for Mark Sievers being involved in Teresa's murder.

I understand that Mark hasn't been arrested and if he is the State doesn't have to provide a motive for a jury to find him guilty.

However, in a case like this, a clear motive will be needed for a conviction of someone who obviously wasn't present during the murder. JMO

I have to admit that I don't think,I ever see men hugging. Is it common in Missouri?
Of course they can hug and still be straight! Especially BFF's

ONCE AGAIN, this is the MS speculation thread. And I'm about to think I need a break from it since it's becoming a huge time suck to read page after page after page of the sleuthers here just having to defend their speculations over and over.

While there may not have been specifics released or discovered about some precise action or activity that MS is guilty of in the past, I see absolutely nothing wrong with the speculation on this thread. That is what it is here for. Otherwise, it would have been deleted, right??

We can form opinions from....his actions we have observed on MSM, his communications with and behavior seen by insiders and others, the company he keeps, the deals he has been involved in or peripheral to in the past, many many other things. Also, our guts.

Doesn't mean we are right but it also doesn't mean we are wrong. I don't see a problem with point/counter-point......but................
I'm going to go listen to some music or something. :gaah:

I'm going to Bonita Springs tomorrow and am going to drive by the house. Is there anything in particular any sleuths want me to look for?

We have very little facts. <modsnip>

This is the MS speculation thread. It gets tiresome reading and then defending motives and theories where some (to include me) believe he has some measure of guilt. I do not visit the non- MS theories thread and start adding my $.02 . You may postulate being on the fence (not to anyone in particular) to post here but I believe it's easy to see what people's guts are telling them.

THIS.

This is NOT a debate thread. If you do not believe MS has any culpability in his wife's death, do not come in here arguing your point-of-view. It is a theory-motive speculation thread for those who DO believe MS is involved in whatever way.

Here is the Theory-Motive thread for those who do NOT believe MS has any involvement.

Removing every argumentative post in this thread now. TO's will be issued for those who continue to disrupt it. Same goes for the other thread. Neither one is up for debate.

What thread should we post on if we don't know who had involvement and who didn't?

There are over 20 open topical threads. Pick a topic that interests you. Just don't come into either of the Theory/Motive threads inciting conflict.

Simple.

Sometimes it's best to just read and consider the opinions & speculation of others. Very enlightening.

Oh I definitely do that. I love listening(reading) to theories. I don't disagree with anyones thoughts, just merely ask questions to theories that don't make sense to me.

We have very little facts. It is ALL speculation. Everything. Right down to the hammer as the murder weapon. There are no facts.

From my notes:
http://www.winknews.com/live

She was hit in the head 27 times according to the neighbors who admittedly should not have this information at their disposal.
The only official report is the following:
“The sheriff said the teamwork between the sheriff's office and all Missouri and federal authorities is what led to these arrests.
He said that although multiple media outlets have reported the murder weapon as a hammer: "We have not and will not say that a hammer was used."
Scott also mentioned that many have drawn conclusions from a nickname Rodgers gave himself on social media.
"Rodgers has this business of hammer on his Facebook," Scott said.
What the sheriff did say is that the murder was brutal”

Hope it helps you.

Maybe it's time for a debate thread? Give everyone something to do while we wait for news.

Hmmm. I would say it's a fact that MS's BFF is in the slam for his involvement in TS's murder.

I was wondering what we could do until more facts are released, and I thought maybe a "Just The Facts Jack" thread might be helpful for each of us to go back to to be sure if something was fact or speculation. Links must be provided, and the standard to be considered fact needs to very high. For example, if SMS states something as fact that can be considered fact, generally. But, that MS was definitely at JR's home because a neighbor said she saw him and a car with FL plates should not be considered fact because it is hearsay, MS and CWW look a lot alike making it possible it was CWW and not MS, and CWW could have FL plates because he reportedly lived in FL as late as 2014. Personally, I think MS may very well have been at JR's home, but I cannot consider it fact. Anyway, I sent an IM to beach and asked her about starting a thread with facts only. We could organize, each person take certain threads, and note accepted facts with links for us all to refer back to. It may be too much, but it could be helpful. LE does this to keep their heads straight. It helps them; maybe it can help us.
