TS was when she called MS that night.

Just basing that "fact" off of what Skinner said; MS told him that TS called him from airport around 11:30.

When MS got a call TS hadnt shown up or answering phone seems like he would have just told that person to run over and check on her. Or, call 911 for a wellness check. Really curious why this other person was called. Maybe soon we will have some of these answers. jmo.

I can't make sense of that either. IIRC, the office made a well fare call to LCSO. If this is true, then did the office call Mark before or after the first call to LE? If they called after talking to MS, why? He must not have mentioned the doctor he would send over to the house. Hmm. How did the conversation between the office and MS go?

I believe CWW will have to get a new lawyer once he arrives in FLA. It will be interesting to see if MS will help with attorney fees since he was so giving with funds for wedding. Should be telling. If he doesn't how will that set with CWW? What will be the results of that?

I believe if nobody claims he was involved or paid them to be involved it will be hard for LE to make a case against him.(MR) Yet if CWW has to row his own boat alone, he may incriminate others.

After last night's show I have a theory that law enforcement has everything they need to arrest MS. I think it is possible that they are not arresting MS because they are still needing more to arrest another person involved. IMO they are monitoring every move he makes in hopes that he will make a mistake giving them the evidence they need for another arrest in the case.
I also think it is possible that he will be arrested by the time CWW is brought to Florida, because then a lot of the documents will have to be released.

Like with many cases, if he rolls on MS he'll be incriminating himself. But, a death penalty could get him to talk with an offer of life w/out parole.

He could do a plea deal for a lower sentence but that would be along time off. That just happened in the Beverly Carter case. Wife rolled on husband for a 30 year sentence instead of taking the change of life in prison. She will be a states witness against her husband now. If MS is involved, he is in a dilemma now. He cant help CWW. CWW is left on his own. That may not set well. I think he will be ripe to spill all later on. jmo

It is a godsend perhaps that the people that were arrested in Missouri have such a lag time for pressing charges is one now as in federal hold up for 6 months... So six months until they really need to charge that person.. and the other is delaying any information being released ( kicks in automatically when it happens) saying that they don't want want to be extradited.

These two have given a gift to law enforcement that is beyond belief :moo:

They first had six months to work on the case before charges (feds)...

Now they have time frame longer after second person is charged before the charges start clicking on a time clock to release any sunshine documents .

Conspiracy for murder charges take a long time and much effort and they are giving it to them.. On a golden platter. :moo:

Yes and Sheriff Scott said there is a lot of "unfinished business". And mentioned suspects and witnesses related to pre-event, at the event and post event. Sounds like he was contemplating more than 1 arrest imo.
