Thanks Relay, I wish I could figure out how to state the same, with far fewer words....but alas I can not.
1)THERE IS NO WAY CWW & JRR were sitting around the "barbee" and jointly decided to burglarize a home 1200 (ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED MILES) long and boring miles from South East Missouri, one-way!? (1931 kilometers! lsne:blushingDo y'all realize that is over 1/3 the miles across the entire United States (one third of the distance from LA to Maine) and they were going to do the whole trip in only 4 days and have JRR (aka Hammer, it is on his FB with multiple links) back to work on Tuesday morning! Hmmm, these guys passed up at least 2 million other homes to rob along the way?? Just think about all the vacant homes, vacation homes or homes where a defenseless senior citizen lives alone....BUT NO...THESE TWO HAVE ONLY ONE GOAL IN MIND....Bonita Springs!!
2) Not only that, CWW promised at $10,000 dollar "pay day" for JRR one little trip. Hmmm, THAT IS AN AWFUL LOT OF MONEY FOR MAYBE HAVING A SUCCESSFUL ROBBERY, huh? What would have happened if the Sievers had decided to have a "stay overnight housesitter"?? Or the neighborhood had instituted an exceptionall vigilant NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH PROGRAM??
Or, on that night some other disturbance, block party, nosy neighbor, a new burglar alarm system or curfew defying teenagers hanging out, etc could have disrupted their plans, huh?
3) Who is willing to "bet $10,000 (ten thousand dollars) and the IRE of JRR (the Hammer) if the goal of the plan was not achieved???? That tells me the goal was not robbery (per Skinner's claim), "Nothing was taken." The safes were not open etc.
(please forgive if I do not attach 15 links... MSM reporting aside, I want to establish a common sense approach (Holy Toledo, as if there is any common sense to be found in any murder?)...I AM GOING FOR AN ECONOMY OF ACTION and NON-gamble taken by the perps.
4) The goal was the murder of TS, plain and simple. Who would want to drive all the way back to Missouri, 1200 miles away, with a parolee in a bloody jumpsuit & hammer, if your mission had failed???? "Oh, our robbery failed, but I'll pay you $10,000 dollars anyway." (better luck next robbery?) I just don't think CWW takes gambles like that....my opinion, he would have ONLY ENTERED INTO THIS MURDER IF HE HAD IRONCLAD, INSIDE INFO on what was happening on the travel plans, home security, dog situation, quietness of neighborhood and that Doctor Teresa Sievers, would be there all alone!
5) The theory to "punish MS" by killing his wife (shortly entertained & discarded by me) doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense because there could always be large insurance policies, MS would end up with all the assets & retirement plans, all student loans would be cancelled upon death, (http://thestudentloanlawyer.com/670/what-happens-to-a-student-loan-when-you-die/) the practice could be sold, MS could marry another successful woman, heck MS might work really hard to help LE find & convict of current and previous crimes (insert highly doubtful emoticon). Oh, yeah, he did help didn't he...uh, "be sure to look under her finger nails."... how could I have failed to recall that gem of advice he offered LE in solving the murder of his beautiful wife? (insert snarky emoticon)
PS I have been watching TS videos on being healthy, really great. What threat could this beautiful woman be to anyone???
And, I have tried to think of scenarios that did not include having INSIDE INFORMTION....doesn't work for me. (Sorry for long post, but this is so complicated.... that's why it took 2 months for the killers to plan this.)
I heart this post! That's all.
