i can't help but to shed a tear thinking of the terror she must have experienced in her last moments. Justice for TS!
Aha, but remember: Mark sent out an email to all the patients and said (I paraphrase), 'If you prepaid for an appt., simply send a snail mail to the office, and you'll receive a full refund asap.' If you suspect MS one bit: That email proves, slam-dunk, utterly pristine, flawless honesty, do you not think ?!?
Thank you for pointing this out. Teresa came from modest means and a blue collar town. Teresa worked her way through college and was no stranger to hard work. She waited tables as she went through school and had no problem getting her hands dirty. Until she met MS, she lived in a modest home well within her means. Teresa wanted to get out from under student loan debt but it was MS who wanted the bigger lifestyle. I cannot stress enough how much MS talked about money in my presence. I was specifically told that MS wanted to have the practice in the "richest" area of Florida and Teresa felt this would help her pay off her student loan debt. I am fairly confident that we are going to find out that the house is underwater, that the practice owed money to landlords and vendors and MS took out life insurance on Teresa. If this isn't the case, I will be VERY surprised. Teresa knew how to live with no money and she knew how to live more comfortably but she NEVER forgot where she came from - that is why she did work with patients who couldn't pay - on HER time and at no cost. This is well documented by the people that she did charity work with (the pastor who gave the eulogy at her service and the charity where she was on the board). I know of two situations where she gave care and guidance to two friends who had no insurance. She charged them nothing and would always answer their calls. If there were more physicians like Teresa, the world would be a better place.
If MS is behind this, my guess would be that MS could just 'feel' - he 'sensed' - that TS did not feel life with MS was paradise anymore. IMO remember TS had divorced once & my observation is that once one divorces 1X, it makes the next divorces easier to get done (in a psychological sense). HOWEVER, we do know (from sheriff) that the murder was planned well in advance, so, yes, IMO makes sense that SOMETHING was hitting the fan, i.e., that things had reached a clear crisis point such that MS - IF MS IS INDEED BEHIND ALL OF THIS - knew 'it has to be done'.

Dexter: Hillsboro MO mancave 'for trysts' - IMO you should warn people not to be sipping grape juice while dressed in their fav' white shirt b4 they read that line...
Don't remember SMS stating that the murder was planned well in advancd. IIRC it was reported that their vacation was planned months in advance as well as TS early return.
Yes Dexter should have warned us about man caves in MO for hillbilly trysts...you guys are cracking me up!
I agree, if TS did have a 'secret' appointment scheduled for Monday/Tuesday, she very well may have kept this 'off the record' or more aptly kept a record of it 'off the phone'. She could have suspected that MS had access or ways of accessing her email, messages, calendar, etc. If it was a lawyer she was scheduled to meet with, it's hard to say whether TS would've revealed the exact reason for the meeting. Just an example, if she spoke with the lawyer who drafted the Will, the appointment may have been under the guise of revising her estate plan. Hopefully, the attorney would contact LSCO even if the subject of the appointment was seemingly unrelated to the marriage. Unlikely - but I do remember the Will was filed by a different lawyer than the drafter. Perhaps MS made this choice because the former attorney cited a conflict of interest (if TS was going to use the drafting atty. in the divorce action).
Side note. JMO influenced by insightful posts from AmazonRain and former patients, TS strikes me as the type of strong woman who carried the burden of others, and was often a should to cry on but did not rely on friends forher own emotional support. If the marriage was in crisis or about to be, TS might have wanted to get all her ducks in a row, so to speak, before opening up. In other words, if she was going through something personally, friends and family may not know until she was through it.
So, I'm wondering if all went well with life insurance, in a timely matter, he'd pay the money back to the "donaters?" Because in reality, if all DID go well with life insurance, thenAs Chelly suggested, I think the immediate appearance of the $1milwas intended to supplement life insurance proceeds in the event of delayed pay out.
ITA. If CWW (and MS, if he is involved) thought there was any evidence to be found that pointed toward CWW as the killer, he wouldn't have been in town for the funeral. I know the reasoning behind attending the funeral could have been 'oh it would look weird if he didn't go', but in this case, would it? I'm not so sure. He wasn't close to the victim, lived far away. Who would have noticed that CWW wasn't there, only MS?
It is really interesting to me that JR answered his cell phone on the 28th. There is no way that CWW was in the dark about JR having his phone on the trip. Wondering if CWW's strategy was to be like a ghost - no phone, no vehicle, no paper trail linked to him. Maybe he thought this was a safer route than attempting to shield his identity through the use of burner phones. But I'm stuck on the fact that CWW and JR were linked via Facebook, so if somehow suspicion was on JR it wouldn't take long at all to connect CWW, and then MS.
Catching up on some easing during my 2:30 am nightly wake up....
FACEBOOK! So many people use FB as a primary way to communicate, as well as posting WAY TMI (ex: JR being "Hammer") What if CWW and JR actually discussed the plans via FB? LE reads MS FB after the murder- checks out his FB Friends and sees CWW listed as his Bro- reads CWW messages and lo and behold there is a message from JR, who wouldn't have enough sense NOT to send him a message via FB, about the plans? I wonder if LE can get a warrant for deleted FB messages? I'm no computer genius like CWW (barf) but I am under the impression that nothing is truly deleted. SMS sd the murders had been planned for weeks and CWW was a POI as early as the funeral (is that correct?) Could make sense....
Seems far fetched but not THAT far fetched considering ALL of the overhearing that goes on on many FB pages.

Thank you Dmacky. I surly got that part wrong! I've been following this case long enough I should have known better.
Ok So Le Says TS was targeted but this was not premeditated.
So IMO they went there specifically to see her and did not intend to murder her?
I think it was absolutely premeditated.
That's just due to the 2nd degree murder charge.but why would LE say W/O Premeditation?
. . . And psychologically, in CWW's mind, I imagine it gave him a sort of 'thrill' to be getting away with such (murderous) deceit AGAIN (IF TRUE, the minister 33 y old back in St. Louis....) & right under the very noses of law enf.' ! . . .
