That is a good question as it appears they need two juries. Will the jury pool from one county give enough of a selection? Will they find one jury, like for MS first, then find the second jury? Or will all jurors be found and then split up to make two juries? Has the Judge even approved two juries yet?

We all knew Mark and his team would take this route re all the motions. They are getting paid to defend the . All these motions don't bother me because Mark is panicking and stressed out re his future. Karma Mark!

The last motion requesting that no links be made to Mark's sexual adventures because they feel it has nothing to do with the murder, what a joke. His adventures paint who he is (scum) and is very relevant to the murder of his wife.

Yes, he is saying that it was with full knowledge and consent of his spouse. They also did a motion in limine because they want his sexual proclivities of his extramarital affairs inadmissible. They also want the state not to be able to use the terminology of burner phone. They want the state to use only the term of prepaid phone.

I thought the jury questionnaire was interesting when it ask the person to fill it out if they have ever taken the blame to protect someone, or have you had a friend or family member addicted to sex.

If some of the jurors know it is available, some of them might be requesting of the judge for an In camera conference for some of these questions versus having to tell the world.

Mark is still throwing Teresa under the bus by stating she knew. JMO, but I do not think she had full knowledge of every adventure.

MS's defence wants to suppress mobile phone data dumps from cell towers in CT and Fort Myers. I think this would show the use of burner prepaid phones. The objection is mainly on privacy issues (first page only):

*Pretrial Hearing for both (@ 8:30am ET) – FL – Dr. Teresa Ann Grace Sievers (46) (June 29, 2015, Bonita Springs) - *Mark D. Sievers (50) arrested & charged (2/26/16) & indicted (5/4/16) with 1st degree premeditated murder & conspiracy to commit 1st degree premeditated murder. Plead not guilty. No bond. DA will seek DP.
*Jimmy Ray Rodgers (28) arrested & charged (2/23/16) & arraigned (5/5/16) with 1st degree premeditated murder with a weapon, conspiracy to commit 1st degree premeditated murder & burglary. Plead not guilty. No bond. DA will seek DP.
1/25/19 Update: Pretrial conference for both. Rodgers was brought to Lee County on Tuesday after serving six months in federal prison for a probation violation in an unrelated gun case. Judge has set a trial date of June 3, 2019 for Sievers & Rodgers & expected to last 4 weeks.
2/7/19 Update: Deposition scheduled for Curtis Wright on 3/21 & 3/22 in the Charlotte County jail. 3/25/19: Defense files motion to move trial to September, no specific date.
4/2/19 Exparte Motion Filed-Defense asks for extra $20K for a change of mitigation specialist. Motions hearing for both on 4/10.
4/10/19 Update: The request was to delay an already scheduled June 3 trial to September, but Judge Bruce Kyle did not approve the motion for continuance yet, and instead set a pretrial conference for May 9 to reassess.
4/19/19 Update: Attorneys representing Sievers filed a motion asking for a forensic psychologist to have access to interview him before a trial. A judge granted the motion Tuesday (4/16/19) afternoon. Forensic psychologists Dr. Lee Underwood and Dr. Amy Weaver Trout now have access to Sievers.

*Curtis Wayne Wright, Jr. (41) arrested (10/14/15) & charged (10/20/15) & indicted (5/5/16) with 2nd degree premeditated murder. Plead not guilty. No bond.
Took plea deal (2/26/16) plead guilty to 2nd degree murder; serving 25 years, waives all rights to appeal. Will testify at trials.

At this rate, CWW will be sentenced after these other two are convicted and sentenced, but then released! The Judge will probably tell CWW “you get credit for time served, credit for good behavior and are released”. Meanwhile the other two are in prison. That would be a “kicker” IMO to the MS And JR. IMO CWW took the correct path and will see freedom once again.
