When it comes to a jury, judge says he will ask who has heard of the trial, hopes to flush out a lot of those people first. Plans to start with a jury pool of 50 people. Sievers and Rodgers each being tried separately and could face the death penalty.

I am leaning 95% on a plea deal for JRR (even if I DON'T THINK HE DESERVES ONE.) Something about blonde attorney standing next to HH at the prosecution table looks like just finalizing the details. (She/HH co-counsel is in the red jacket.) okay, got confused...is everybody a blonde in SW Florida, lol? I just feel JRR's attorney is used to "cutting deals" and MS's defense team are caught off balance.
I can not believe today is finally here...

Court TV is finishing up the Guyger trial. I don’t believe they will air the Jury selection process. However in between Guyger arguments they have begun to discuss the Sievers trial.

Rodgers' trial is set to take five weeks, judge said. Sievers case will be held as backup in case a resolution is agreed to earlier than expected in the Rodgers' case.
