Just listening to Fitzgeorge early on today at the beginning concerning what she says defense did not receive... now she says they didn’t receive “all that I asked for” vs just receiving all of it. 1 - Why didn’t she say that yesterday?; and 2 - (again) Why did they not attempt to get the proper software to open received info OR at least make it clear to the court that they couldn’t access upon receiving it... way back then? Unless they just received like last Friday which I doubt (but don’t know).

Not only does she remind me of a toddler but also a dog going in circles chasing their tail. I hope that her senseless jabber doesn't cause a mistrial and leads to a murder conviction.

And @beach, is this the way things are done? The evidence and experts first.....and then afterward the witnesses like TaySho and CWW?

We’re moving there, just up the road to Estero, where our daughter lives. She works in Bonita. Would’ve been there in time for the trial but my husband wasn’t well in early 2018. If I was in that courtroom I’d be pulling my hair out.

@rexxy I didn't like the way that was worded, either. I'm not 100% sure that is even accurate. I have known for a while that there was no blood found on JR's coveralls. I suspect they tested what was left of it (after being shredded on the side of the road) for ALL trace evidence and only found the fibers/hair. If there was no evidence of blood, they wouldn't have done extensive testing as there would have been nothing to test. kwim?

I am more curious about what the heck happened to Wayne's. His have never been found to my knowledge.

So... wasn't JRR's brother's "graduation celebration" on the other FL coast? I noticed his attorneys didn't question the specialist about marks in the Ft. Lauderdale (iirc) area. I wonder if he is moving on from that bs alibi .

@Arachne 1 .....JRR does not have his parenting rights stripped . He still has legal right to his child even if he's in jail so he has the right to know his child's name unfortunately
