IDK but I have info about the guy Mark was obsessed with. The one he told Wayne about. There was NO affair with that man. LCSO interviewed him and he gave a formal sworn statement. ( It is an audio statement and I will try to link it later. )He resides in CA so they interviewed him via phone. It has been so long since I have signed into the Sieverscase google drive where we stored all the discovery, that I can't recall the password. I could access it only because it was saved on my google account. I will try to figure out a way to share those files though. I want to review a lot of the statements/discovery docs. Right now I am going sign off and watch my college football team play. LOL Will deal with it when I am done.

Beach, I believe you are thinking of Dr NG from Costa Mesa, CA?

Re. the dog dishes - there was a photo admitted into evidence where the dog dishes were clearly visible. Actually, I noticed it before Wayne testified about that. IIRC, the angle the photo was taken from was as you would exit the laundry room to enter the kitchen. It was one of those for a larger dog, the kind in a stand. It was in a very odd place - smack dab in the middle of the walking path to enter the kitchen. I probably would’ve doubted that portion of Wayne’s story if I hadn’t seen that pic first.

Not positive, but think that pic was introduced during the crime scene investigator’s testimony. The female who photographed & put out evidence markers.

I tried multi-quoting you and @Arachne 1 ' posts, not sure what I'm doing wrong.

You both give good insight! I always imagined the park was across from Jarvis. For some reason I pictured it diagonally across and up the street from the house. Wondering where on earth I got that from? But .... wasn't there a woman who saw the girls with Mark and/or Teresaa going to a park just up the street? Not that it has anything to do with the murders, I just always wondered where that park was.

Here's the best map I could find for you and Boo. Note that on top left of map you have the choice of the regular map, or the satellite view. You have to use two fingers and be very patient when you're moving around the map. This site gives you a great example of the "apartments". Hope I can save you all some gas, and hope this works!

@beach T's medical practice business will be looked at thoroughly during MArk's trial, correct? That part of this case really bothers me. I think Mark used the affair excuse to hide a more in depth reason why he wanted T killed. I really feel she was on to him about tons of stuff.

Agree! CWW was already officially receiving compensation for some time from Dr Sievers' office regarding his IT work. No need for Mark to get rid of computer peripherals on the day of the funeral. I expect to hear more about it during the MS trial..

ALL IMO

Know what's crazy about this? This interview was conducted on JULY 2nd, 2015 - 3 days after she was murdered. How did they know about him?? Mark? If I ever knew, I can't recall anymore.

Yes, I think it was Mark.

Yeah, but that is not the pic they entered into evidence the other day. I wonder if they had multiple dishes because I'm not even sure that is the same dish of the one in the kitchen pic.

CWW testified that the dog dish was off the ground. However, in this picture one of the two bowls is missing. It is possible that the pic you have in mind is that one missing bowl. I will look for it.

Thnx, Arachne... exactly where I thought it was since described. That week Sievers home was a crime scene I thought it was directly across Terry from the Jarvis entrance. My 1st trip there I saw it wasn’t but knew it had to be fairly close. Great map! My curiosity got me as I thought of area residents at home that night with these killers walking their streets. Figured they had to have parked fairly close for the get-away.

And here is the possible missing bowl, under the utility sink:

Dog Bowl

1. If CWW and JRR had gone to the house a few times prior to do recon, why wouldn't they have cleared the path?
2. Even if the dogs had slid the bowl to the middle of the entryway (if they hadn't already been confined to a bedroom or to the yard), wouldn't Teresa have pushed it aside with her foot as she entered? It's easier to slide it on the tiles, than to have to climb over it with heels--as exhausted from the trip as she must have been.
3. If Curtis was following Teresa, Teresa would have kicked the bowl before Curtis.

Went back through crime scene tech’s testimony and grabbed screenshot of the placement of the dog bowls. Link to video below. Time stamp 26:00.

Okay, there are 2 elevated dish holders, one with 1 bowl (1 missing) and one with 2 bowls:
img01082016_0005jpg_Page02_Image1.jpg

Here is the dish (holder, 2 bowls) next to the hammer:

Dog Bowl By Hammer

If CWW kicked the dog bowl because it was in the middle of the way, why is it still in the middle of the way in the crime scene photo? If anybody made this dog dish budge at this angle, away from the wall, it would most likely have happened in a rush to get out of the kitchen, not coming into the kitchen (if I am orienting myself correctly).

Remember Bonnie had been there to feed the dogs after their early morning trip to case the house. Here is a screenshot of the photo I recalled that was admitted into evidence.

Yes. I think CWW and his cohorts lie about everything, constantly. Instead of a pinch of salt, I think you need a barrel, with this bunch!

Careful with your blood pressure!

Yesss. This is what confuses me about the narrative. Picture yourself walking into your house from the garage, someone is behind you but you don’t know it. You would shut the garage door behind you. So you would turn around in the laundry room to close it and see him approaching the door. Or if someone waited, then opened it and followed you, you would hear the door open. No need for the dog bowls. He had to be quick and ready to get into the kitchen before there was evidence of an attack. But he had time to pause in the laundry room and was calm enough to take in his surroundings and grab a hammer off the ice chest.

And CWW hit her before she could turn around to leave evidence but she didn’t hear the garage door or his walking. If the dog bowl was the first indication to her, then how did he kick it and then immediately hit her without tripping over it, yet leaving it in the walkway.

She also seemingly had her hands full based on the wallet and things that looked to be dropped to the floor, so she was thrust forward, yet she was able to use her hands to then brace herself on the kitchen counter or her own knee.

I’m trying to picture it and can’t. I have the same layout in my house and have walked it trying to visualize and I get lost on the narrative. Why when he is confessing, does he need to change the narrative? Something about his story is wrong.

This is my first post, but I've been following this since the very beginning, and I'm sure I am one of many "lurkers" here.

IMO, it was odd that, amidst all the facts of what happened as he entered the house behind Teresa, he stopped to add a little narrative about the dog dishes being annoying. It draws attention to this particular point in his story, and gave me a bad vibe (for lack of a better description). Something about this doesn't seem right. When he said it, he seemed almost flippant, rolled his eyes a little, made more body movements... Imo, he wasn't telling the complete truth, at the very least.

He said the dishes went flying, didn't he? Did he eventually pick them up and put them back, or am I not understanding when some of the pictures were taken?

Teresa may have left the door open behind her. She placed her luggage in front of her vehicle. Maybe she was going to set her purse down and go back for her things. I've left my door open behind me for similar reasons.

ETA: Just reread about there being two elevated dog dishes. That part makes more sense now.
