Sorry, had to run to my uncle's to fix his med dispenser

the wildlife rescue center is closed and has been for a few years now. The new owners were originally trying to make it into an rv park but I think that fell through.

I did see today a white cascade natural gas van inside the wildlife rescue center and I turned around to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I am going to try to find the exact address of the old wildlife rescue center and post a link on here. I can't remember if they wore uniforms or not back then.

I'm so glad your back! There goes my swimtime LOL! If you are going to to attend the search could you also take pictures? This would be so helpful as you know intown folks. Having pictures of these events in McCleary are so helpful. It will be interesting to see what kind of vibe is there from locals to strangers to the community. Thanks for the above link. Thats interesting?? Did you read the astro thread about lindsey? Maybe reading the last two pages might stir a memory. They have been so right in many of the missing children cases that I'd love your opinion. Any sherrifs making a point to drive through the last couple of weeks that you have seen? I'm thinking these to agency's (FBI) have left them out of the frey. Could be wrong but you are not the only one to report this botched reporting of Lindsey. ~<3~

I am not the only one about the botched reporting by LE I get the feeling that is pretty much the feeling of most of the residents in this town. I have not seen any real LE except the locals in town and it is kinda like they just stopped in town .... very odd to me

Hello Konamocha ! KK's vision is of interest to me as well..especially the "netting" that she saw...Are you familar enough with this rescue center to know if the employees/volunteers typically wear/wore uniforms?
When you say "old" rescue center, does that mean it is no longer in operation?

I wish I could see some pictures of the place... google maps doesn't offer street view or close enough zoom of that area.

Yes, me too. As KONA describes it is no longer in use and isn't currently being reutilized for something else. When KK mentioned the old netting, believe it or not, I did think that I'd seen netting in wildlife shows where they are catching and tagging bats, for example, but then dropped the thought. And now that you mention it, I do recall at some rehab centers they have netting up as a backup containment measure should a bird of prey escape the enclosure.

When I volunteered at a zoological park for 3 years, we had "uniforms."

If I understand it and am right... will the abductor find LB and try to look like a hero or something ?

Just makes me sick to think that way ...

There is so much I want to ask, especially about the 13 minutes of 9 ?? what day was that supposed to of happened or going to happen ?

Don't you hate that feeling of the lull before the storm? No talk in grocery mart, pizza place ect... about feeling of Klass kids comming to town. One of the things about Mark Klass is he is a straight shooter, tells it likes he sees it, I'm wondering if he will comment at all. Even when these searches don't produce something it helps those investigating close to the case. When it is stated watch out for changes in someone they mean it as they are already watching. Hope everyone searching stays safe, and hydrated. What is your opinion of the last hot spur of the moment search conducted by LE and volunteers? Anyone in town over zealous about helping with this case, appearing to want to take charge, let themseleves be known as the almighty of helpers? LOL! I have a feeling there might be plains clothes LE intermingling within the designated searchers. When you click on the W/S site, scroll down and you will see before Lindsey forum the Forensic astro thread. Once there scroll down till you see Lindsey's name and click next to last page and go from there. If you can't sleep this evenning read the entire Astro thread. Some interesting stuff we all have worked on using there charts. Have a good one!

Tuba can be difficult to understand but the others help out. I certain that Tuba met Fri. the 21st of august that a.m. Incase something changes on a chart you still might think about Fri morning the same time as stated. This is why many of us see this crime as someone she knows. I'm curios if you know if folks in town have rent to own homes along Lindseys path. Another thing that would be interesting if your out and about would be to walk the path she most likely took from KK's house using a ten yr. old stride leaving at that the time KaraK stated she left. I'v walked it as others have but I didn't have alittles girl frame of mind and walked it to just get my own idea. With possible fear as she reported on myspace she may have ran part of the way or she may have dillydallied in her stride. This is just a thought but everything seemed far to convienate that evenning. I'm willing to take my 50 lashes if it isn't anyone in the immediate investigation.

Oh, I had forgotten about the old rescue center.

I volunteered there in highschool one weekend. I fed baby dear and raccoons. Back then (25 years ago) they didn't wear uniforms. Just normal jeans and t shirts. But I don't know a lot about it because I was only there one saturday afternoon and really didn't pay much attention (the baby raccoons were to cute I couldn't pull my attention away lol) to the people.

It can be seen here in this photo (bottom right corner). Looks pretty run down to me. I wonder if the CNG people were out there if someone has bought the land (I think I had seen it was for sale awhile ago)

ok, so I come through town at about 6:30 or so and what do I see... LE a couple plain clothed talking to the city LE ... was I shocked !!

I wonder if they read this site concerning no visible sign of LE lol

Hello Konamocha.. nice to meet you. Welcome .. I am glad now the presence of LE is being seen. Maybe its cause everything is gearing up for the search for Lindsey. I would hope they would be also reading here.

Just trying to catching up on the happenings in the last few days. Woow, these pictures Mike took are wonderful. Kind of gives you a better view and feel for the area, especially for those of us who are not in the area. There is a lot of forest, ponds and swampy area.

I seem to want to associate KK's "green uniform" with wildlife/zoological/outdoorsy-types...
I wonder if one of the kids (LB, JB, one of LB's friends?) found a sick or injured bird/animal earlier in the summer, which resulted in a call to <whichever agency...rescue center, DNR, etc>, who sent someone out to pick it up, and a "relationship" was fostered at that point....?
...just thinking out loud here...

I know I'm looking for a needle in a haystack, but I was hoping I could get an "on site" view of a few of these areas that look promising... <sigh> I don't think any of these "mapping" sites will show me what I want to see, especially if it is away from main roads...

I am looking for a small road that leads to the "horseshoe" area with the "netting" at the back of it, as in KK's vision...
