I give Sharon, friends and neighbors credit for keeping Stacy and Kathleen in the news or this could be a cold case.
I think by Kathleens family and John Q Kelly doing a civil case will prompt some action!
I cannot believe that the grand jury after all this time has not made a case against DP!
