Testimony today as to how Kathleen died is at the very least far fetched. The one point that glares at me is the Doc stating the breast bruise was consistent with the fall. Breast tissue is soft tissue. Falling into water and yet Kathleen sustains a breast bruise? Sounds more like a direct blow to me :banghead: :moo:

witness Jentzen says there is nothing unusual about Savio's position in the tub, other than she fell.

[ So he is saying she fell backwards and landed in the tub? ]

Still have several pages to catch up, so unsure if this has been answered. If she fell backwards, how did Jentzen explain all the bruising on her front side?

I think the jury has common sense and I'm sure most have a tub. Once again, it is not possible for KS to have slipped in a full tub of water. As I said earlier, unless she jumped into the tub, she would not have fallen.

One leg/foot followed by the next while your hand is on the ledge while you get in. Also, wouldn't KS have been facing the faucet if she was going to wash her hair?????????????????????????????????????????

I'm really nervous about this also. I just don't think I will be able to stand if if DP walks. It will honestly make me sick.

I cannot imagine how we will all feel during verdict watch.

Yep, IMO in order for the injuries to have occurred the way the Doc is stating, Kathleen would have had to fall from the ceiling, hit her head, while simultaneously bruising her hip and many other places then flipped into the air once again and slammed down bruising her breast and both clavicles............without getting any water on the bathroom floor......all.....righty then.

Yep, and once again, like another trial I won't name, we are coming up on a holiday and the jury will not want to miss the hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill.

It seems this witness discounts the important bruises. The one on her chest and that there are 3 on her thigh not 1. Also this is a half tub not full size.
Pros also need to stress on the idea of Kathleen falling hitting her head and becoming disoriented in a tiny bathtub so much so she drowns.

did I miss anything BIG except for the Letter from Kathy read by the Judge and Mary NOT helping the defense at all, and this Doctor who states she fell and drowned even though she would have to fall from the ceiling, lol.
