Professional witnesses from the defense always make me hide under the covers.

YUP. The judge actually read the letter out loud to the jury himself/ LOL :great:
Meczyk 2 witness A person falling backward would go quicker or faster backwards? Typically, yes.
witness Jentzen says there is nothing unusual about Savio's position in the tub, other than she fell.
[ So he is saying she fell backwards and landed in the tub? ]

I'm nervous. PLEASE help this jury to see the truth.

Testimony today as to how Kathleen died is at the very least far fetched. The one point that glares at me is the Doc stating the breast bruise was consistent with the fall. Breast tissue is soft tissue. Falling into water and yet Kathleen sustains a breast bruise? Sounds more like a direct blow to me :banghead: :moo:
I'm really nervous about this also. I just don't think I will be able to stand if if DP walks. It will honestly make me sick.
I cannot imagine how we will all feel during verdict watch.

Yep, and once again, like another trial I won't name, we are coming up on a holiday and the jury will not want to miss the hot dogs and hamburgers on the grill.
Vinnie on IS was just told that the jurors are wearing red, white, blue, red, white, blue. He said "wow, they really must be planning what to wear every day."
Very astute, Vinman. You're quick lol.
Judge Burmila has just taken the bench. Defense Attorney Ralph Meczyk informs the Court that he has a few more questions hed like to ask Dr. Jentzen, so the direct examination will continue.
