This is atrocious......all of this should be taken care of BEFORE trial begins.....I feel sorry for this jury. What a royal pain in the arse. three years of pre-trial hearings and a high profile case where you need to cross your t's and dot your i's and this is what we get?????

Ruby supposedly mouthed the words " Eff You' to DP and a sheriff deputy saw it.

He should have been escorted out, imo. We cannot have stupid stuff like that going on during a trial.' imo

In Session Jeff Ruby, the Cincinnati restauranteur who’s been following the Peterson trial, has just been ejected from the courtroom. His offense: mouthing some expletive words to defendant Drew Peterson during this unexpected recess. Ruby’s action was witnessed by a member of the courtroom security staff, and he was subsequently removed by members of the Will County Sheriff’s staff. According to media coordinator Ken Kaupus, he is permanently banned from the trial.

Not a random person. He is a local restaurant owner and personality who kind of injected himself into the case by taking out newspaper fullpage adds blasting the DT and DP. Became kind of a local hero, but he needs to zip it, imo.

Judge can sustain 75% of defense objections all he wants. Once a skunk is in courtroom he can't tell the jury 2 forget they smelled it
