Ruby supposedly mouthed the words " Eff You' to DP and a sheriff deputy saw it.
He should have been escorted out, imo. We cannot have stupid stuff like that going on during a trial.' imo

Just a random person? Is the jury in the room?
#DrewPeterson "got away with murder" as a cop long before he got away with murder twice as a husband
if this jury finds #DrewPeterson not guilty we may as well legalize murder. With the money we'll save we might balance the budget
Learned from ret. prosecutor how long Mr Burmila's contempt for Mr Glasgow goes back.Forget about contempt of court. We got contempt IN court

In Session As this recess drags on, the prosecution team has remained at its table inside the courtroom.
The defense attorneys, however, have now left the courtroom, and are milling around in the hallway (along with media and spectators).

In Session Jeff Ruby, the Cincinnati restauranteur whos been following the Peterson trial, has just been ejected from the courtroom. His offense: mouthing some expletive words to defendant Drew Peterson during this unexpected recess. Rubys action was witnessed by a member of the courtroom security staff, and he was subsequently removed by members of the Will County Sheriffs staff. According to media coordinator Ken Kaupus, he is permanently banned from the trial.
Okay, I will go start my laundry so this trial can get started.....
