Good for Dr. Blum. It's now clear she was never in a tub with water in it. No wonder the defense wanted all his testimony tossed. Sheesh, what a way and try to win a trial.

yep, I have no idea why they wanted to try this case in the first place which is based mostly on hearsay.

If I was KS's family, I would be pretty upset with how the Prosecution is doing so far.

judge tells jury that Blum's climbing into the tub is "probative of nothing" and that they should ignore it.

Defense had asked judge to strike Blum's entire testimony. Judge denied that

Toxicology was negative, no alcohol or drugs were found in Savio's system, Blum said

judge jokes about wanting to "blow his brains out" after another prosecutor error.

If i was a Juror and subjected to all these sidebars I would despise the Defense and pity the Prosecution. Clearly they are trying to interrupt the flow. Heck i might be inclined to hit myself upside the head with a bar just to get the he77 off this Jury :banghead:

Lol. I think they can keep up. There are not a lot of tedious details, it is fairly straight forward. At least to me.

My first question to them when this is over would be, "So, how much weight did you lose with all that exercise you were getting?" :floorlaugh:
