DY and TY feel this was planned ahead of time.

Hmmm... I'm trying to figure out how it has progressed from... they were totally "blindsided" ... to this..

Easy enough...You can feel that your child is unhappy, but never in a million years would you think that someone would disappear them. :(

jmhoo but things could just be making sense now to them and adding up. What I found most telling was TY's statement that he is absolutely convinced that Terri is responsible.

It could be that with a new baby in the home and TH having mood swings, Kyron was no longer the center of attention, the home was now turbulent, and he preferred to stay with Desiree. It's very typical that a child wants to stay with the parent that they see less often. I don't think he was physically abused. I am more interested in Tony's statement that he believes TH did something, my understanding is that he is a detective so for me, that statement speaks volumes. Please bring this to some sort of closure soon, the pain and agony the parents are going through is horrible.

:waitasec: One thing that doesn't surprise me at all.

I've experienced that total shock followed by hashing over what happened to see the signs. They were there. This doesn't seem at all contradictory. Very human reactions, and common, IMO.

Me too. He is in law enforcement, correct? He hasn't spoken about this much, so I tend to listen and believe what he says when he does.

I don't think the logical progression goes from seeing an unhappy child to imagining that the SM could possibly cause him to disappear. How could they NOT be blindsided by something of this magnitude, if TH is involved? There can be red flags indicating problems all day long, but to anticipate that the child will drop off the face of the earth would be extraordinary.
Hindsight is always 20/20.

I understand her wishfull thinking that someone has Kyron, but in reality, who would keep a child hidden for someone who is so unstable?? A stranger?? Highly doubtful, A faimly member?? Unlikely, thats taking a huge risk, It would have to be a really good friend, who could it be??? Im thinking no one has Kyron. I could be wrong JMO
I wonder if this appeal is to Terri's new friend, or possibly someone else. Not so much that they truly believe that Kyron is alive, but appealing to the person who might have a conscience and might share what he/she knows.

As to Terri having planned this, I would take Desiree and Tony's word for it, as regards their feelings about it. They know Terri and they have been around her since Kyron disappeared, too. They could also know a lot of what investigators have discovered, things we don't know about regarding what happened that day and things that Terri has done.

I am surprised that there is more news about the "sexting" than about the fact that this man had copies of Kaine's undisclosed location in his phone. Doesn't that point to another possible "hit" attempt?

My opinions.

Agreed. Hindsight is 20/20. Now, all their time is spent thinking about every word, every gesture, etc., and also, perhaps now they see things that may have appeared innocuous before in a different light.

Sure seems like the handwriting was on the wall, and there was an elephant in the room. Poor Kyron :(

exactly. I completely agree. I also cannot help but remember what DY said... that she suspected Terri from the first phone call she received that he was missing.

I'm guessing there was at least emotional abuse. The kind that makes the kid choose red squirrels and everything else mom likes in order to please her to the max. The kind that maybe even makes him obediently smile for the camera best he can in every single picture, although I'm not as sure about that part. I just know all kids aren't that good in front of the camera.

ClueMeIn, I mean it boggles my mind that all these "things" went on, and it looks like even with all the "weird behaviour/flags", TH was still the one who had the responsibility for Kyron.

I am strongly thinking that Terri handed him off to a family...

me too...after several theories..this is what I've stuck to for the past week or so... :twocents: and I pray we are right...

I had a revelation of sorts the other day.

I wondered (not that we'll ever know, I suppose) if Terri watches the soap Days of Our Lives (stay with me here)...one of the current storylines deals with a man who had his child kidnapped and then presumed dead by all (he had some bloody clothes left near a river bank), merely to punish the child's mother, whom he felt deserved it. Later, after he felt she'd suffered enough, he "found" the child himself, and was able to play the part of the "hero".

I know these things happen (people see something on TV then act it out themselves). Have a niece who tricked her bf by getting pregnant. Thought he'd marry her (never happened). She saw it on one of the nighttime soaps. Only I guess on the show, the guy married the girl.

Anyway, it was just a thought.

Makes sense that he might, IMO. Based on my theory that TH and KH were having marital problems prior to June 4, 2010, and the fact that the older son moved out, it seems probable that Kyron would move out and live with his mom for a while. That way, the 2 could work on their marriage...perhaps? At least that is how a *reasonable* person would see it, but it doesn't look like TH is very reasonable. Why would she "plan" to do something to Kyron? This case makes my head spin!

Or, if there was marital strife in the months preceding June 4, and one of those marital fights resulted in Terri's older son being sent away, it could have caused a genuine concern for Kyron, described as a very sensitive child, to believe that because there is still arguing going on at home, that he could be sent away to someplace, too. Crying to his mother and Tony seems like the natural step he would take to assure himself he will know where he's going. Stress in children have many sources, and many more ways of being shown. If, for instance, Terri and Kaine didn't discuss with him where the older boy went, it's a dread feeling that sets in and it would be logical that he would tell his mom and Tony that he wanted to stay with them.

How horrible that it all came true for him.

So it is obvious that the other parties involved are confident in saying that they 100% believe Terri is involved in Kyron's disappearance.

They believe it was planned (possibly out of spite) and basically they think Terri is sitting back and saying "Im not telling you a thing"

That has to be so extremely frustrating!!

Obviously she isnt telling her attorney anything either.

Tony really tipped me on the fence a bit. For him to publicly speak of his feelings speaks volumes to me.

Wow. I am just amazed at all the information that keeps coming out.

That's really interesting. I was just thinking this morning, if Kyron is alive and is found, who will the hero be ?
