Dylan Redwine Case Discussion Thread/Dylan's Remains Found, #2

I have read too many articles and followed too many links since Thursday. The article I read Elaine muttered "murderer" to him in one location and then shouted "murderer" at him in another location.

I observed that MR first said muttered to press. Media & soc media added "shout" in next reports. Mutter has low voice. I'd roar.

Jmo as always but I dare say you will not have any luck in finding a link to support Mark Redwine having initiated and requested this meeting with LE<certainly no credible MSM link, and IMO I don't believe even in non-credible links will you find this meeting having been at Mark Redwine's behest:moo:>..especially when we already have multi MSM links with Mark, himself stating that this latest meeting between himself and LE was at LE'S REQUEST..NOT at Mark Redwine's request..

on a slightly different note, do we have any further info regarding the meeting being cancelled, rescheduled, or if/when it is going to take place if indeed it was cancelled?

TIA to anyone who knows:)

Sorry if this has been discussed and I just missed it. What was the reason for MR's appointment with his attorney? Was it for custody issues? Divorce issues?

The reason I ask this is that what if MR wanted to take DR with him so that he could tell the attorney that he wanted to stay with his dad? What if when DR told MR that he planned on visiting his friend the next day, dad told him no, that he was planning on taking DR with him to the scheduled appointment? DR was at the age where he could tell a judge what parent he wants to live with. What if an argument began as soon as MR told DR that he was going with him for the appointment with MR's attorney and DR threw a fit because he wanted to go see his friend and that he did not want to stay with his dad? I'm assuming that this would have made MR furious. Furious enough to make sure that DR did not stay with his mom. :moo::moo::moo:

MR went to see his attorney Monday morning concerning papers that had already been filed regarding Mark's divorce from Elaine. Because these papers had already been filed, was it really necessary for Mark to visit his attorney the day after Dylan arrived?

Mark gave the reason he saw his attorney Monday morning in his interview with MB.

The silence right now from LE is deafening. I hope :please:

Is it just me or does it sound like he went to the lawyers as an alibi?

It would be a poor alibi considering all of the other unaccounted time Mark would have. MOO.

Nope. What better alibi than a Lawyer. LE perhaps?lol. Then he didn't have a reason until much later that day. This case breaks my heart too. The end of the Dr. Phil interview with his denial to follow thru with the LD test. The reason. The look on MR's face etc. I still cant even wrap my head around it.

Yep. Lots of unaccounted time that he doesn't have an alibi for.

Yes there still is much time unaccounted for. However "if" somebody was to have committed a crime it is a good idea to have some time accounted for. Some folk may think wow who could carry out such a crime and actually meet with a Lawyer and appear "normal". Me not so much.

Having a few hours accounted for does little in establishing an alibi when Mark would need much more than that. I don't think that his morning errands have anything to do with trying to create an alibi defense. MOO.

Elaine did not name Mark as the "monster", but his reaction is interesting. MOO.
Interesting. That is the second time I've heard the "The difference between me and Elaine...." sentence start from Mark. Why does anyone need Mark to tell them what he thinks the difference is between Elaine and him? Why does he have a need to tell us what the difference is? Again, for me, weird. ETA: I'm just wondering, why can't he just speak for himself?

doors are closing for the night.

Opening the doors for the day. Just a note everybody - the less you bicker, the longer the thread stays open. I know everyone's emotions are running high and that this is a very frustrating case, but remember to roll and scroll if necessary, okay?

Everyone gets their own opinion and may interpret the facts the way they see them.

Any news if the meeting actually took place?

This is all I've seen thus far this morning . . . snipped:

La Plata County sheriff's deputies say Mark Redwine went in for follow up questions on Monday about his son's death and disappearance.

UNM bone expert comments on Dylan Redwine investigation
Dr. Heather Edgar draws conclusions from similar cases
UPDATED 8:08 AM MDT Jul 03, 2013

Snipped:

Dr. Heather Edgar, curator of human osteology at Maxwell Museum of Anthropology, is not one of the investigators working on the Dylan Redwine case, but she has worked on a handful of cases that share similarities.

and

Edgar thinks it is very likely that wherever Dylan's remains were found was not the location where he was killed.

This is an unrelated Colorado case, but I think it offers hope. No one wants Dylan's case to drag on as long as this one has but I like the statement from the article that more people talk as time goes by.

Kayla Chadwick was just 17 when she vanished after a fight with her boyfriend.

Since then, tips coming into police have been minimal.

Until a few weeks ago, when tips led police to execute search warrants and collect evidence that could result in a break in the case.

“There really hasn’t been a whole lot of information,” says Fort Morgan Police Lt. Jared Crone.

Fort Morgan Police say people hadn’t been talking until recently. “The longer things go, people have a tendency of giving us more information, feel more comfortable talking with law enforcement, passing information. And that’s what it’s come down to at this point,” says Lt. Crone.

I think only the perp knows what happened to Dylan.
When a child is murdered, I doubt the perp talks about it...it is the worst taboo, IMO.
