Is the Justice for Dylan now on facebook allowed to be linked here?

Well, I sent 9 news a few messages asking for clarification about the shoe via their website and facebook. I asked KT too on facebook. It matters when Journalists don't do their job right! We should hold them accountable. I'll let you know if I hear back.

I asked KT on Twitter to clarify this, but he never responded.

If new evidence was found this week, I think it would have been bigger news.

I agree with you, but there's the possibility that they might send more evidence to CBI for testing first. Since there's no need to do a big announcement, like they did to let us all know that Dylan was indeed found deceased.

"No reason" is kinda laughable isn't it? Even Mark says he argued and argued and argued with LE about what happened that night.
And now meeting with him to do yet another accounting of his story.

Investigators also found a piece of the boy's shirt, one sock and his shoestrings but not the backpack or other items he had when he went missing, Redwine said."

JMO but I think the perp never expected DR to be found, ever, and had become overly confident. The suspect (and I do believe they have one) has probably been under observation for a long time. I'm confident they have evidence. JMO

I still can't get over him talking casually about his son's bones. I have had nightmares about how Dylan might be, and was, found for months. And I never met him.

I was thinking of the Sierra Lamar case when I posted that comment. They had the alleged perp under surveillance. He is now in jail awaiting trial.

I hope this is true, but MR* has been all over the place since Nov. and I can't see LE having the budget to have kept someone with him. But maybe since last week, anyway.

I still can't get over him talking casually about his son's bones. I have had nightmares about how Dylan might be, and was, found for months. And I never met him.

I kept having a recurring dream of Dylan coming out of the woods and standing smiling at me with that little lopsided grin. I even posted about it because it unerved me. To be honest, it was then I thought for sure he had passed over, or that I needed a little break from the thread.

I remember my homicide detective friend telling me stories that left me wondering how he could sleep without nightmares. His wife told me years after the fact that he would often awake in a sweat and sit up for hours smoking and scribbling down notes.
God bless these caring LE men and women. Earth angels for sure.

I feel the same. And I look at Dylan's sweet face and those eyes, so full of life, and think about his family receiving a few of his bones.

Hi all. :seeya: Back from an extended trip with the family. Glad to get back to WS and civilization. Ha. Got the sad news about DR remains. I logged in a few and then was kicked off again from bad service areas.

I agree, but why in the world would LE share anything with MR IF he's in their "bullseye" as the perp? Makes no sense to me, but yet again I tend to be very, very naive about this criminal stuff.

I always, always give everyone the benefit of the doubt and for some odd reason I'm not as "jaded" as others after spending years on WS. :blushing:

PS I am not surprised in the least that DR remains were found off MM road. It's the closest wilderness area to where he went "poof". Easy and close area for disposal. How sad.

Interesting how this criminal (Scott Peterson) was repeatedly visiting scene of the body's location.

I remember that you could not discuss where your search area was , previously. But now you can probably be more forthcoming. Did you guys search in the middle mountain area or more around Vallecito reservoir?
