Actually it was Elaine talking to Tricia off the air. Tricia said Elaine said she had asked MR questions and didn't get the answers she wanted. They were questions based on information LE had given her that she didn't want to talk about.

ETA: Another reference at around 47:50, where ER specifically mentioned MR visitations about 3 times a year.

I'm still listening to see if there are other references.

ETA: Didn't hear any specific references to child support. I did take a glance at a few FAQs regarding CO child support payments and custody is a factor that is taken into account.

Prior to the change of custody Elaine was paying him... That's changed when she became primary custodian. I just wish I could track down a source allowed here. Seems the msm steered clear on this.

You really should listen to all the radio show interviews. There is a plethora of information in them and adds insight that shouldn't be missed. There are also very important details that can't be discussed here.

How has this been determined? Has it been determined based on Dylan's normal texting patterns? Was it based on texting patterns in Colorado Springs? Was it based on texting patterns in Vallecito? Or has this been based on each individuals child's texting patterns when really what my child or anyone elses does is insignificant?

Has LE released his pattern of texting? Or is this based on what someone has stated that may not be entirely accurate?

I am basing it upon Dylan's own words to Ryan and the level of enthusiasm, seen in the texts on Sunday. Dylan was very eager about visiting his friends, and was adamant that he wanted to arrive early the next morning. And he himself told Ryan he would call over and over to be let in, if Ryan was asleep and did not wake up to let him in. Given this text exchange, it makes no sense to me that he never replied to that text the next morning.

I would also like to know WHY after ONE AND A HALF hours of trying to wake Dylan up, he didn't wake up?

I would also like to ask Mark:

Did you tell Dylan that if he didn't get up that he would miss seeing his friends because its too much driving to go back and forth? Did you try calling his cell phone from your phone to see if that might jostle him awake? Did you pull off his covers to see if that would help? Did you cook some bacon to see if his hungry boy's stomach would wake him? Did you nudge or shake him a little?

Really, how many of us with children ever failed completely to wake them up if they needed to get up?

Answer the best you can when someone asks a question and then let it go. Or scroll and roll if you don't want to answer. But don't poke at each other.

It is good to go back and forth because it helps to solidify thoughts, feelings, known info, etc. If you don't want too, that's okay, but don't be snarky, because that is not okay.

I wish that LE would have another press conference just to say if they have found anything else , have a new direction or anything as its gone quiet again it seems. Surely with finding Dylan they now have more to go on then they did a few weeks back?!

I hope so but with them saying its a murder investigation and no cause of death they clearly are holding back and i just hope that means a arrest is not far off. And i also want to know if Mark was correct and it was shoelaces or if a shoe was found, also are they looking for the rucksack and more of Dylan?!

Yes, when Bender said they found all they would find I had hope they had enough evidence and would just need some further analysis of the evidence. But then when they went back out searching on Wednesday, I gotta say that my hope dwindled a little.

Where is this sweet boy's skull? I cannot understand why that has not been recovered yet.

And that always brings me back to Marks many 'searches' alone in this same area. What if he recovered these vital items of evidence and disposed of them bit by bit?
