Screenshots showing him and how to find the video on Facebook of the hearing. You might also try KDVR.com, FOX31's website.

You can't link to personal facebook pages. I think you can link to a facebook newspage.

It took a few minutes but here is their page, the post was at approximately 3:50 PST: https://www.facebook.com/fox31denver/

It kind of looked like Defendant Mark Redwine wanted to address the court but maybe the attorney advised against it. Did anyone else see that during the hearing?

I am relieved to see him finally charged and in custody. The press conference tomorrow afternoon should be interesting!

I think he wanted the court to state what he was there for. So the attorney asked. I don;t know if he's trying to play dumb or not.

He looked rather relaxed to me. I wonder, could he be? Could he be slightly relieved to have the day he's been dreading finally arrive? I've heard sometimes suspects feel that way when finally caught.

He probably expects to beat the charges.

Maybe his employer told LW where he was and told MR to hang tight where he was. My cousin drives truck and often times will be told to wait in whatever town he is in for info on how to proceed to time a pick up or delivery just right. So maybe something like that?

Truck had GPS according to the court hearing.

Thank you for that clarification. I wasn't sure about posting the news page here but wanted people to know where I watched the hearing so they could see it too if they wanted.

He will fight extradition back to Colorado, however, Denver7 has learned.

"We're talking about a guy that's probably a registered psychopath narcissist," said Pete Klismet, a criminal profiling consultant and author who is now writing a textbook on violent crime. "He thinks he is smarter than everyone else."

Eww. That is so gross. I'm not surprised he will fight extradition. Good thing he didn't flee somewhere to a country that doesn't do extradition to the us.

New DA? The "right" grand jury..........all their ducks in a row for a conviction?
Thank you, thank you, thank you!

In my opinion the State had a lot of ducks years ago but it didn't put them in a row until now.

I don't think he will be successful in this extradition fight. Washington does not want him in their state. They will do whatever is necessary to send his pathetic butt back to Colorado.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :floorlaugh:
You are right about that, lol

I think he's relaxed because he is grandiose and narcissistic, and is relishing the idea of watching Elaine suffer in court. I think he's enjoying this. If they can convict him without Elaine being there she should opt out. Rob him of his twisted pleasure.

I'm fashionably late to the celebration. YIPPEE!!!! He was arrested!!!!!
(Okay, I'm done now.)

Omg. I thought this was just an ugly rumor, but here it is on a real news link.

"I have seen the photos," said Cory Redwine. "It shows him wearing women's clothes and makeup and a diaper and then eating his feces from the diaper. It was disgusting. We couldn't believe it.”

He was in court today. Charged with murder in the 2nd and child abuse resulting in death. Video of hearing is up on FOX31 Denver's Facebook page. They live streamed it and now the video is available.

A firepoker was missing from Mark's home.
Blood evidence was found in Mark's home.
Cadaver dogs hit in Mark's home.
Dylan's skull had trauma to it.
GPS data linked Mark to the body dump site.
Very contentious divorce and visitation situation.

So why is Mark charged with 2nd degree murder and not 1st?

I think they are worried they might not be able to prove all of the 1st degree stipulations. It is much harder to do so, especially if there is a need to prove intent and/or premeditation.
