I've been wondering what Mr. Tsarnaev is thinking as he is listening to some of the propective jurors when they say that they hold life so dear that they couldn't possible render the DP, no matter

what the circumstance.

Does he think they are stupid, weak people, and/or misguided in some way?

If he indeed did what the prosecutor will be stating, he must not think that anyone's life is important in the whole scheme of things, IMO.

But maybe now that his life is in question, is he grateful for those people opposed to the DP (not that's going to help him, as there will be people on the jury who are not opposed to the DP);

he wants mercy for the killings for himself, when no mercy was shown to those killed, maimed, and psychologically hurt, if he is guilty?

Just some thoughts at this point in the trial.

Milton Valencia @MiltonValencia · 49m 49 minutes ago

Milton Valencia @MiltonValencia · 42m 42 minutes ago
Juror 537 saying she would have a high bar for death penalty "for anyone, not just this case," and prosecutors want to see how high it is.

Milton Valencia @MiltonValencia · 37m 37 minutes ago
“I’m against taking a human life,” Juror says, and pauses. Emotional. “But in some cases I understand why we would want the death penalty.”

Milton Valencia @MiltonValencia · 32m 32 minutes ago

Milton Valencia @MiltonValencia · 16m 16 minutes ago
