Horrific testimony it made me emotional just reading it. I don't think we'll get much cross until Tsarnaev friends are up. I'm interested to see what witnesses the defense will put up in this phase.
Strange trial but the defense has said all along it's all about the penalty phase and I believe the not guilty plea in this phase is for future appeals.
