JB's expectations were for the LE to just scratch the surface of the crime scene and leave it in pristine condition. Attempted to rectify before court with Det. Allan and was told that he would rec. requested docs and video thru normal discovery process.
This was priceless: Concerned that it appears that he along with defense, are the only ones taking this seriously.

JB apparently doesn't believe that LE can do a crime scene investigation. His insinuations are inappropriate.

I completely agree on this. He is a defense attorney, but is also someone who is supposed to be supporting the laws of the United States. By publicly making LE out to be "hacks" he is completely out of line, and I think a lot of attorneys would agree that he needs to stop.

JB doesn't make sense to me. If I was the judge I would be tempted to throw him out for wasting the courts and taxpayers time. CA, GA, LA and KC has hindered the LE investigation from day 1, this is ridiculous. Ask his client what they might find!!!!

JB - the point is the photos will NOT be given to a third party, the issue that this is not the proper person, we will hold those photos.

Judge SS - asking for asap under discovery rules

LKB - on the phone to argue - preserve evidence, we see through the news media (crap can't hear her now) trying to find out which parts have been shipped eek arguing about the FBI destroying the remains (from what I can hear)

I can only hope that this tape will be used in Law Schools across the county as a lesson for students. This is what not to do.

They used tapes from the OJ trial also for this - it's like using tapes of the Bachelor to show girls how NOT to act around guys! LOL
