I love the State brought up the fact that the body has NOT even been identified accordingly. You can't just go around giving people access to an unidentified body period.

I think the judge really got annoyed at this point. Again, JB's arrogance is incredible. I don't know why defense attorneys so often act like this. To me, it should alienate a jury. It would alienate me!

Judeg: Not exact but here is the jist of it - I've read motions, understand some of denfense request but part is pure folly and can't do it. Dan't give orders to ME to instruct FBI how to investigate....

Hahahaha. Judge Strickland was as flabbergasted as I was that defense had the audacity to file a motion telling the court it "needs to order the ME to instruct the FBI" how to do their job! I love this guy!

I wonder if Judge S asked to be excused from murder trial. He's done nothing wrong yet the defense has been torturing him for 5 mos. Any longer would considered cruel and unusual punishment.

Did anyone else notice that JB was once again rambling on and on about fairness, andindependent access and a sense of fair play etc, while the prosecutors were actually siting statutes chapter and verse that define how and why they do what they do, and what they are required to do for JB? Does JB even own a book of florida case law? Or have a paralegal to research? (Oh wait sorry I forgot his "naughty law assistant" is in the slammer!)

I mean what exactly was all the whining regarding hiring off duty cops? What place does the judge or court have in that?

JB just got very calmly and politely burned, not to mention whoever was on the other end of that phone.
