Prosecution arguing that because the remains have not been identified JB's people don't have the right to "observe" since it is not definite that this body is related to this case. Arguing that AFTER identification, they could petition for this right to observe...

County says we don't even know who the body is yet, so there is no grounds for Baez's request. Plus, it sounds like the county and ME already allow for what Baez is asking for. Doh!

This just seems like such a disgusting violation of the baby's rights and the baby's parents' rights, not knowing yet for sure via DNA if it's Caylee.

It even seems to me like a violation of human decency if it is Caylee. She's not an insect to be observed under a microscope. She's a human being. She's been treated, literally, like garbage. She needs all stops pulled out to give her the utmost in dignity and respect.
