Hey all, I just want to compliment this site. It is the best by far that I have run across. I joined yesterday. Most of the other blogs i've visited have been basically groups of uninformed people raving and ranting. This site is informative, I love all the links you all provide. Even though I may not agree with all the opinions I've run across in here, I do respect them. Thank you for providing forums where ideas and opinions can be exchanged without the namecalling, the flaming, and the nonsensical tirades of uninformed individuals. This site is awesome.

All legitiimatly presented viewpoints are welcome, we just don't allow trolling to create conflict.

IMO, the heart shape is NOT going to be that big of a factor. What WILL be is the layer upon layer of tape used on that baby's face.

The one about Zani and Caylee being gone from Sawgrass?

Or, the one where Zanny and Sam, WITH Sam's kids present, forcibly took Caylee away from her?

Thanks JBean! So true.Even those that feel KC is guilty have vastly different views on what happened,who knew what ,when and what will happen in the future.
It's what makes WS's so great IMO.

Your right, the duct tape is the key piece of evidence. From what I gathered yesterday, there is someone elses human dna on that tape. Perhaps the real perp.

IIRC the depos done with LP's crew had references to KC telling the story of J Blanchard Park and Zanny and her sister forcibly taking Caylee.

If Lee related that conversation with his sister it is not hearsay.
Leonard Padilla also confirms that she told her parents that, he was there when it was said. That is not hearsay either.
If someone else tells you they heard that Leonard said that, then that would be hearsay.

No,they said KC's DNA was not on the tape,nor was Caylee's.So not the perps DNA.They tracked it down to one of the FBI techs.

I think you should not rely on Brad Conway to relate accurate information. Yesterday at his 'Press conference' he stated that there was an unidentified hair on the duct tape but he had to recant as he could not produce the document he was citing.
The unidentified hair that we have documentation about was found on the shovel and considering it was a borrowed shovel that is a non-event.
Someone else's DNA on the duct tape would indicate to me that she stole the tape from someone other than her parents...

The docs indicate the dna found on the duct tape belonged to someone processing the evidence.

She told the Police another version, the Sawgrass apartment scenario.
The Blanchard Park version was what she came up with to pacify her parents.
