Evidence of IDI...?

Oh dear, I'm not looking to bombard anyone. I'm looking for a discussion of the evidence, and I'd appreciate hearing from someone who holds an opposite point of view of mine and listening to why they feel that way in the interest of discussing it.
I initially was of the opinion that Patsy was the murderer, but after long and arduous reading and discussion, I now am of the opinion that neither John nor Patsy committed the actual murder, to me it seems that Patsy would not destroy the one thing that allowed her to vicariously relive her own pageant days; and John would not destroy the one thing that provided Patsy with a sense of purpose (JB made Patsy look good)- but, I do believe they are involved in covering up for whoever did.

Where is the evidence of an intruder? - well, I have a hard time finding any with the exception of that open window and suitcase on the floor beneath it - which to me appears to be staged. And now, I am leaning toward someone that was let in the house by either John or Patsy - maybe a friend/business associate/neighbor...I don't know, but someone who was very familiar to JB and trusted enough by J and P to be left alone with JB, someone who stopped by to deliver a Christmas present for JB maybe....but, I digress, you are asking for evidence of an intruder....I have none.

Good idea about the link. Unfortunaltely this thread will soon be down under and the link is gone. Links like these already exists as stickys but that doesn't keep people from asking about the basics.

And again, what do you wan't to debate if it is not the evidence?
You're right, it'll be lost just like all of the other posts I've seen that I can't find through over twenty threads four or five pages long.

I'd also like to know what should be debated if not the evidence, which constitutes the actual case.

I know:

You or they could find "a series of different links to all kinds of different sources" in the sticky above labeled "Links".

You did just what we said you'd do as soon as someone even gave you a link.

Maybe someone will bite for ya and then this will be even funnier.

Roflmao...thank you. Every time I get sucked into this I for a moment (and thankfully those moments are getting shorter and shorter) think I really am losing my mind. :banghead: :banghead:

Good luck Broodwater!!

Really? Because it sounds like you are trying to change the subject from a debate about the evidence to an attack on those you disagree with.
How do you know I disagree? I have never stated my beliefs. I'm not attacking anyone.

I'm sure you would think that Nuisanceposter, because you're kinda a Ramsey hater, and anything that even remotely suggests that they didn't do it is "bias". Which is exactly why we DON'T need another forum saying that over and over and over again. Please go right ahead and post any news links that you choose that support the RDI theory. Go ahead. Please.
What, just list them? I have more than twenty. I would prefer to intersperse them throughout conversation to back up points. That's the debate part of a forum - someone presents one view, and someone else agrees or counters, and it flows from there.

Some of us are only trying to keep duplicates threads from happening. That's why so many threads get bumped to the backpages and lost. If we would all look for a topic prior to posting, we wouldn't have so many dups. This thread has been active and is exactly this topic.

NO worries..I bumped for you. I agree that this is what the discussion is about, but it's hard to keep up, as you know, with all the new threads. Some people have posted a lot of good info on that thread and with your knowledge you could really add to it.
Thanks NP

This forum is all about discussing different POVs. This latest news has brought a lot of new members to the forum and it is natural that they might ask fairly basic questions about the case.

If anyone has a problem with that, then please scroll by. Do NOT disrupt the discussion with inflammatory remarks.

Nuisanceposter and those members who are interested in pursuing the discussion on this thread - please continue.

Sorry for sticking my nose in it. I thought we were trying really hard to discourage dup threads. My apologies to all.

There's one thing everyone's forgetting: in 2000, their Atlanta home was burglarized. John said he came home and found a guy stealing from them. He said the guy got in because John left the door unlocked.

WHAT?!

Folks, if you're daughter has been murdered right under your nose because you didn't lock a door or fix a window, you will NEVER make that mistake again!

I too, apologize to everyone. I personally, am just tired of the rehashing over and over of the same evidence. I should have just stayed out of the thread.

I hope everyone can understand and forgive me for jumping in. :blowkiss:

Hey SuperDave, didn't that intruder break in through the basement too? My memory might fail me but didn't this so called intruder, never caught intruder, also take some inexpensive jewerly as well. Can you refresh my memory about the unlocked gun cabinet?

If he did come in through the basement, I know nothing of it.

I also can't help you with the gun cabinet. Sorry.

Within the intruder theory, I got a question too:

If the intruder's intention was to kidnap Jonbenet...why didn't he just find a way to abduct her from school...or from elsewhere? Why take the risk of breaking into a house full of people and trying to abduct her from there? If they'd broken in through the basement, they would have had to go up to the 2nd floor to her bedroom...get her, go back downstairs, and take her through the basement window. And then what? Hope he had a car waiting nearby.

And also...trying to do this on Christmas night of all nights to do it.

An intruder theory also requires he was in the house earlier that day in order to sit there and write the RO...because our enterprising kidnapper for some reason wouldn't think to bring his own note?
Is just bizarre...

How would an Intruder know there wouldn't be an alarm on?

Unless he was a seasoned burglar who knew the ends and outs of B&E...he wouldn't have a clue.
Especially if there was one of those warning stickers visible on the house...if this was a first timer...he certainly was bold and reckless.
