Most Important Piece of Evidence

"There is DNA present in the same type of underwear right out of the package."
Could you please give me your source for this statement? Thank you.
DNA May Not Help Ramsey Inquiry
Investigators in the JonBenet Ramsey case believe that male DNA recovered from the slain child's underwear may not be critical evidence at all, and instead could have been left at the time of the clothing's manufacture.
In exploring that theory, investigators obtained unopened "control" samples of identical underwear manufactured at the same plant in Southeast Asia, tested them - and found human DNA in some of those new, unused panties.

This is in response to K777angel's comments about the Ramseys taking an FBI polygraph.

If they had taken an FBI polygraph, the results would have been a big factor in evaluating their state of guilt or innocence. They knew the FBI had come out against them before. Previous meetings with LE probably were stress and tension provoking. All this would produce anxiety and tension at the time of the exam.

The Ramseys probably were leary of questions that weren't germane but which they would be required to answer.

Since the BPD leaked false information about the case to discredit or pressure the Ramseys, whats to say the FBI might not do something similar. After all, test results are subjective and not pass-fail, and the questions are not all the same.

Based on what's happened, the Ramseys didn't seem to gain much by taking the Gelb test, but would have had a lot to lose if they had failed or not done well on it. So why did they set it up and take it?

Since it has been suggested that the Ramseys desired to manipulate the results could it not also be true that the FBI might use bias in administering and scoring a test.

Oh please. The FBI is great when it suits them, but "not to be trusted" when
it's not.
John Ramsey rants that the FBI WASN'T there that morning of the 26th.
So the FBI are good guys.
The Ramseys refuse an FBI administered polygraph.
Ramseys claim they are bad guys.
The Ramseys announce this wonderful big news recently that the FBI is going to test DNA from JonBenet's underwear.
The FBI are good guys.

It's a typical pattern of the Ramseys.
They won't take an OFFICIAL polygraph from ANY law enforcement authority because they cannot control the outcome.
And there are MANY ways to do that.

When you don't like the message (or are afraid the truth will come out): KILL the messenger.

Toltec, that was so interesting. Basically, it appears that JAR had it at college (because of the lack of "rollers") - never unpacked (because if he did - then how'd his semen comforter get in there, yada, yada...here comes the JAR theory) but, I digress...

The fibers on the comforter (in the suitcase) are consistent with the fibers found on JonBenet. If you think Patsy moved the suitcase - do you think she's also responsible for the fiber transfer? If so, how would that be?

I just read Perfect Murder,Perfect Town
I have always had a gut feeling Patsy killed Jonbenet, I think it had to be an accident.
As I read PM,PT. I really got to see what Patsy Ramsey is about.
You do things Patsy's way. Patsy is always in control. She would not let her reputation be ruined by the death of her daughter. I believe she would go to any lengths to cover her butt.
John would have cracked by now if not for Patsy. John is guilty only in helping to cover up the crime. The piece of evidence or circumstance that most conviences me is after reading about the housekeeper say that she didn't know that the room where Jonbenet was found even existed, so how would an intruder know how to find it.
Patsy was so spaced out on valium she could have passed any number of lie detector tests. And now she is so removed with so much time passing she could still pass.

just my thoughts, for what is worth
