This thread was created to sleuth who Misty may have been talking about when she talked to Chelsea as described on the first post.

Didn't misty say, "Close to us"? when she talked to Chelsea? She was referring one is, and the other, not so much...

....hmmm. Let's see who is she about to throw 'under the bus'..
....she spoke of hurting TWO people. Through this I see how close she is to Chelsea. I always have said they have to be tight. Chelsea stayed, fought and supported misty all during the Amber thing. Now, she is going to confide in her...hmmm.

IMO Misty is refering to Tommy & Joe. She DID claim early on that both of them "messed with her" when she was young. This would be something that LE heard early on so they would probably reject it. JMO here, but I honestly don't blame Tim & Chelsea for leaving. They stayed 6 months after Haleigh disappeared--their daughter was born in July. No worse than Marty & Connie talking about moving to Kentucky right after the disappearance--they too waited awhile before going. Course they came right back too LOL and left Ruby there.

In one of the phone calls when Tommy is talking to Lindsey glad I took notes :dance:

Tommy: "Tim told me that Misty told her lawyer something , or someone told me that and he went to the State and the State said they don't want to hear it"

Lindsey: "uh probably what she's been saying, I don't know ... but we've been hearing it all day ...over it ... like back and forth, everyone keeps talking about it"

They were talking about the vigil for Haleigh was going to be tomorrow, about how Misty will be sleeping all day except meal times and when they let her out, they talk about praying for Haleigh, about how tired Misty is of being locked in the cell all day long, and then Chelsea asks the question about having something to tell him.

FWIW Chelsea sounds either half asleep or loaded in this recording. ~imo

I find it impossible to believe that Misty would get on the phone, with Chelsea, and implicate her husband in this, that just doesn't pass the smell test. Now, she could have very well been hinting at Tommy when talking to Chelsea, but not Timmy. MOO.

I believe the letter contains more of the same, from Misty, about Tommy and cousin's involvement.
