I hope someone can make sense of what I am saying with out copying and pasting the conversation ofChC & MC again.... (see above posts per NG transcripts)
Perhaps when MC was talking to ChC about the 2 people...in the first of the call when Ch is asking M about talking to "him" she was talking about her(MC) wanting to talk to TiC or ToC, dad or RON. Possibly she needs to let him/them know ---what her story is now or the truth *excuse me while I faint at the thought of the truths exsistence* (them: the one that Ch is talking about <her caring about>). I think if she needed to tell him: (insert RF, he would already know- :insert LP-she aint tell him nothing-- which leaves dad HC or TiC or ToC or Ron. IMO
Is it possible she wants to let Ron know that she has finally had enough? The truth is coming? I know its crazy but the silence on the other side leads me to believe that they might be discussing something that pertains to the newest version of events be it the truth or another story. _If its another "story" she would be wanting to talk to ToC-We have evidence of her trying to find out his exact location inside the jail.possibly to deliver a message- Possible that she has written a letter to Ly about a "new plan/the old plan"- because Its coming up in the calls that ToC's story is I don't know nothing/I have nothing to do with it/---
The fact that LP is speaking about her not being there was released on NG because they knew thats what Ron would see or hear about in jail, thus stirring the pot of a story which involves (NOT MC).
Now, when she is talking about the 2 people- I think it could have ben Ron because of her repsonse-she warns that it's hard to talk (being recorded) and ChC is trying to figure it out who are the two people. M says its gonna hurt 2 people, M says people that are cared about, and MC says yes
then Ch: People -I- care about? Then says she doesn't care about Ron and M fumbles again and again with the yes! People you care about and Ch confirms she doesn't care about Ron and then M is trying to get her to understand (yes no yes yes nos) while trying to be discreet AND -NOT- SAY the information on the call.
So Ron being the one that is kind of cared about (In MC mind I think she believes that if she (Ms. MeMe me me me) cares about RC, well then the family will too. Because well they only got divorced because the media would keep Haleighs name out there...and well you know, behind the scenes...RC and MC were becoming a HOT item once again working on all their problems but remember the cops messed that all up for them...)
and that the person ChC would CARE about, would be ToC because he really is family. And someoneone has to take the blame for this, I'll never believe any version of HER (MC) story that actually includes..(I know most people want to insert RC here but I am gonna say..) her SELF.
I don't think MC is talking about Ti, not talking about him to Ch. She sounds kind of excited, Ch does.
I said ToC being the one that Ch cares about, could also be JO. I think she cares about him if she let him stay in her house. Could be that MC isn't talking about ToC at all. I Know,...just imagine that.

An afterthought to consider while we know LP has bought Ly a laptop, I'm sure he has been communicationg with Ly, having something to influence his new statement about MC and the kids not being there at the MH.
We know MC is sending out letters to family about her story, but which family members we don't know yet. I'd bet all of them and see what they could all put together... JMO

Could LP be referring to Tommy's "visit" earlier in the evening when he supposedly stopped by and he and misty watched the children play. IMO this could not have taken place either and she wants tommy to say he was there and saw HaLeigh, alive and well. Was Joe supposed to be with him ? I remember that he may have brought a friend with him in the story...

The two people it will hurt could be two of the four. Misty, Ron, Timmy, and Joe.

Who do you think is afraid of JO? The Croslin's? I doubt they'd throw his name around so much if they feared retaliation from him.

As for the A/C man, it was mentioned -- I don't recall by whom, but it might have been the WS member who was RC's neighbor -- that the A/C guy was doing routine maintenance on the landlord's various rental properties. I have no idea if that's true, but it does make sense. In the deep south, February and March are good months to get the A/C units ready for the heat that comes in April, and A/C businesses often run specials during that time while they have little work. IF the A/C man was there that afternoon, he'd be a third party witness who could corroborate Misty's account that the kids played outside after Haleigh came home from school. Since we've heard virtually nothing about him from the media or LE outside of Misty's claim that he was there, I'm starting to question his existence. On the other hand, if he were NOT there, why did Misty mention him in the first place? I mean, why place an imaginary witness at the scene knowing full well LE would seek him out to verify her story? I have other thoughts about the A/C man that might relate to your question about the water heater, but this is the wrong thread to discuss them.

IMO, Misty made it pretty clear to ChC that she was not referring to Ron as one of the parties who would be hurt. Timmy? I don't think so, but she certainly roused ChC from her stupor. The way she so casually said, "Lemme talk to Timmy" immediately afterward gave me the impression she was not talking about him. The obvious answer, IMO, is Tommy and JO. But this is Misty we're talking about, so who the heck knows what she's concocting in that dreaded head of hers.

If Haleigh was not in the MH, then it is a fact, not a suspicion that AS is lying. If she is lying, then rc, tn and she all know what happened to Haleigh. There is a slight possibiity that misty doesn't know if the three handled everything. But misy would cover for ron if tn or rc asked her to. The problem is if she is not involved, she would be singing if her 'ronald' was not involved...imo.

Where were all three adults between the hours of 3:30 to 7:00pm? We have no confirmatin rc is at work at that time; we do not know where tn was and we do not know where AS was. AS clocks in at 7:00pm or after. Tn clocks in at 3:49 a.m (confirmed by phone call) But where was TN all those other hours while her son was going beserk on the cell phone/s? Surely he would have called tn when he was having all kinds of problems after the fight at 8:30pm.

There is no relation. I doubt if the Croslins care a flip about Annette or Teresa, they probably tolerated Ron as long as he and Misty were married. They don't even have to pretend to like them now.
And I feel like his family returns that sentiment.
But that's JMO.

Won't do you any good to email LE and demand anything. They can't force anybody to take a LDT, that's the law. So if neither one has taken one... which we don't know for sure... it might be because they haven't asked them to. But it's possible they have and LE didn't feel the need to publish the results, since they are probably not suspects.
